Superb experience, awesome customer service.

First they shipped the wrong package, including more expensive items than I ordered. It was a simple email, to customer service, and they had proof of their own error. The let me keep the wrongly sent items, free of charge, and sent the missing items straight away, again free of charge. Superb customer service, and quick shipping, even through multiple countries. Quality goods. Would order from again when I need any products they deliver.

Lab401's cutomer service was very helpful, and answered my emails very quickly.
I am very satisfied with the response time for customer service, and the shipping.
My order was delivered in full, and all products was as expected.
I have no problem to recomend Lab401 for any customers that need the equipment that Lab401 supply.
I will order from this webshop more times, for sure!

Hello,
If anyone is wondering were they should by tech or the flipper zero. This is the place!! The prices are really competitive and I must say that the customer service is very good. I ordered some products and UPS lost the package and so on.. I emailed them, and guess what they answered in just 15 minutes. Afterwards they continued to send me recent updates. Because the delivery took long (UPS mistake) they refunded my shipping cost. What an amazing service.

Great support experience

We had some issue with one of their newest ISO15693 cards (iCode SLI Gen2). Their support was quick and helpful, we could share with them some logs to find the root cause. Cause of that, documentation was improved and they offered us free replacement for this card (Gen2) and another one that we also bought (Gen1). We can only be grateful for such good interaction we had, definitely a good company to deal with.

Such a great company to deal with

Such a great company to deal with, I had problems with my package lost in customs (probably due to Christmas) and even though it wasn't Lab401's fault, they refunded my purchase! Their support was really fast and friendly, and would be the best experience I've ever had from a company and their support.
I highly recommend Lab401 as a reliable, and trustworthy bunch of people to deal with.

real fast support even on sunday

customer support replied back to me within minutes on a sunday with questions i had on ordering. at first i thought it was just a bot or ai but spoke with them more and it was a real person. so impressed with them i am canceling an order with another company with bad support and reordering with lab401 for this and all my future orders. rare to see this level of support anymore and earned my businss.

For CZ I would require avoid economic delivery (Czech Post).

Took 90 days to get a refund

Ordered a unit from them for testing. We received a shipping notice it would arrive in 3 days via UPS. It never arrived and it took 90 days to get a refund from Lab401. If you know about UPS as a Canadian, you know never to buy products shipped using UPS.

First and foremost - you had a terrible customer experience. I apologise sincerely for this.
I'd like to share some context: This year has been chaotic for shipments in North America.
Even before "Liberation Day", our American customers were having items destroyed by customs.
We cycled through multiple logistics partners (Fedex, DHL, UPS) to try find a solution.

Our Canadian customers also were affected by the situation: many packages bound for Canada routed through America, and got lost in post-tariff chaos, or destroyed.

We implemented a crisis-policy: All affected customers received 100% refund in store credit, AND a refund against their original payment method if the product didn't arrive.
(For customers that had delivery protection, they received a full refund within 48-hours of the claim).

I thought we had full coverage of all customers affected, (and we'd communicated on site, by email and also on reddit about this) - but it seems your case fell through the cracks. It's not an excuse or a justification, simply an explanation of facts.

Since your order - we established a North American warehouse, for our North American customers.
For US customers, it's free shipping without tariffs. For Canadian customers, it's rapid shipping with no weird US-cross-border customs problems.
(For reference, we don't use UPS in North America - USPS + Fedex for the US, and Fedex for Canada).

I am truly sorry that your first order happened at such a chaotic time, and you had a terrible customer experience.
Our team took steps to compensate as many people as possible, and to establish infrastructure to better serve our North American customers.

Regarding your case specifically - I requested through TrustPilot extra information to try to investigate your indivudual case but had no response.
As per the policy applied to all other affected customers, I'd like to propose the following methods of compensation:
- Store Credit for your order
- Refund (but it sounds like you received a refund already)
- Reshipment of your hardware from our North American warehouse.

Suite à une commande d'un I-Copy XS, j'ai reçu une mauvaise carte dans le lot. J'ai contacté le support et ils ont été très réactif ! Ils ont même relancé la suite de ma demande car j'ai été trop long à leurs repondre ! De ce fait une carte de remplacement m'a été envoyé !
Super job de leurs part !
D'ailleur la livraison à été très rapide avec un suivi collisimo.
