I waited almost two weeks to end up with a part order. They then questioned what I had had and wanted me to take photos etc..hardly worth it for a £4 air freshener that was missing customer services don’t really exist..

Their website has 'we guarantee satisfaction or your money back' and 'Take advantage of free returns, with no hassle and no extra charges' plastered all over it. When you try to make a return they refuse on the grounds that their goods are being sold at a reduced price. They're not UK based. AVOID or if you want to return their shoddy goods you will regret it.
I think that Trustpilot should have a category below one star as this crew doesn't rate any

What a scam. Bought 2 branded drying cloths for £15.60, took two weeks to turn up, and when I opened the package the cloths were much smaller than the ones in their videos and frankly not worth the money at all, real cost less than a £1...... absolute con, don't waste your money. They say they have 1000's of reviews but nowhere to leave a review on their site.

"Free returns, with no hassle" is a gross misrepresentation.
Lakany are fraudsters and should never be used.
To avoid returns/refunds Lakany claim items are "promotional" and cannot be returned despite the website clearly indicating items can be returned for a refund.

I ordered car back support cushion charged $113 and didn’t even receive a tracking number for the product sent an email to them and didn’t even get a reply pls stay away Scam and total rubbish there is no system to Ban Chinese company like these and misleading and cheating customers

Scam Chinese Company, own room forever to arrive and was then nothing like the advert. I wish I had read reviews about this company before I ordered.
You have been warned, don't buy from these scammers

This is a Chinese store and everything is shipped from China. Two weeks on from the order and it is still in transit. I had to go and buy the two microfibre cloths I ordered locally. I contacted Lakany and the order now appears delayed and they are stating a problem with the address. They want me to confirm my address to reship. I paid via “Shop” which I have been using for years without any address issues. A bit of a shambles I assume! I have requested a refund and I will keep you posted on how that goes.

Scammers!! They never delivered, constantly sent excuses and ''apologies'' and kept our money. I reported them to PayPal.

let op bij bestelling van de rug kussens voor in een auto. Men moet de rug kussen en zitkussen is apart en moet u apart bestellen en betalen. In de promotie film lijkt het bij elkaar te zitten. U kunt ze ook niet retour sturen omdat het een promotie artikel is. Zodra er een korting op zit is het een promotie artikel. Ik kon ze dus helaas niet retour sturen. Kleine lettertjes,

Initially I saw a review for a "Mercedes" cushion for just under $50. I expected the material to be worth that amount.
Once ordered, a confirmation email stating cushion order was received appeared with a very small change.."no brand" was quickly replaced by the Mercedes original advertisement. Got a cheap cushion that appears to be worth $5.
Lesson learned. Never again

Money for the product has been taken, unfortunately didn’t receive my order even confirmation email about my order, scammers.

Misleading advertising on FB contacted the company about order as when I recieved it was as it was not as described - ordered seat covers .. over priced piece of padding not suitable for purpose so I went about returning the unused covers ... you email and response time is minimal 24 hrs .. return to Portugal although doesn't say that in the package or anywhere on their website ..at your cost then of course deny receiving it .. if your planning on wasting time and money then buy here ... definitely worse shopping experience I have ever had EVER .. enough to be bothered to write a review !

ordered seat pads they arrived but poor quality and they are 3 - 4 inches short of the seats in my car.
NO paperwork in the packet so I don't know how or where to return so I can get my money back as they say they refund if not satisfied. In the hands of Paypal now as Lakany have not answered my emails

ES una estafa, intentas ponerte en contacto con ellos y no hay manera y del pedido si te he visto no me acuerdo vamos que no te llega nada. Lo dicho una estafa en toda regla

Bought the car hooks as happened to see them on offer and they looked helpful (suspect they are permanently on offer). They don’t hold bags unless they have a tiny strap and the photos also showed it being used as a phone holder. Any phone with a small case doesn’t fit, so won’t be suitable for helping to entertain a small child either. Not fit for purpose and of very cheap quality. Disappointed and the response from the customer service was, at best, unhelpful. Avoid.

Spam company , don’t exactly sell what you order , items come incomplete, then if you want to return the process is so complicated that you just give up and loose your money. Items come cheap from China although the warehouse how they say is in Portugal . Stay away from them

Bestilte Ultrakomfortabel - skræddersyet hynde til bilsæde × 2 og glædede mig til oplevelsen. Den blev dog noget kort. Ultrakomfortable betød åbenbart ubehagelige og svedige at sidde på. Da jeg så ville returnere dem, som lovet på hjemmeside, fik jeg at vide at dette ikke var muligt pga deres salgspolitik. Der står stadig på deres hjemmeside at varen kan returneres omkostningsfrit. Dette er dog ikke sandt også ifølge andre kunders oplevelser. Falsk og uvederhæftig markedsføring.
