Ordered 2 of the "Double Car Hook - The Ultimate Car Organizer" but they were not suitable and did not fit my vehicle so I tried to return them.
Their Website Homepage states "We guarantee satisfaction or your money back" on the ticker bar.
When you attempt to return ANY item, they reply saying " This applies to products that do not have a promotional price"
Problem is 60 of the 62 items on their bestseller page are reduced!!
Their Refunds Policy at the bottom of the home page states - "Only regular priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotion items are not"

Received one of two packages
Received one of two packages. As I thought awful, just awful - don't buy their cushions for the car!! Find something else because the quality is the lowest, some crappy plastic leather imitiation and the stitching is poorly done. Just regret it - but on the other hand if you don't try you don't know - just don't do the mistake as I did it. Their customer service is extremely poor so stay away!

Awful site
I bought light up customised car drink holder discs,according to one of their many videos it shows them being touched or bottles put on them to bring the light on,but when you get them you have to remove them and turn them on each time,I requested a refund after a couple of emails to be told its a promotional offer so no refund given even though the site says easy returns,I told them I would contact trading standards and have Been offered 10% refund today,I will refuse and contact trading standards

Inferior products and no response from lakany
Similar experience to the other review product was wrong, 15 emails to them, because the site clearly states easy free returns, but this is obviously not true. No one reply’s. Don’t order from them as they are rubbish and so are their products. I will get money back from my bank.

Product finally arrived and very inferior quality to description and images. They have no telephone or chat facility and after 3 emails to customer service, still no response on how to return. I have reported for fraud with credit card company and trading standards. DO NOT USE
