I ordered a jacket on the Saturday recieved it Tuesday. The quality of the jacket and also how I was kept informed on its jouney to me was excellent,thankyou .

I have purchased 5 jackets from Lakeland in the past year (yes I have a problem!) 4 of which have been at the Clarkes Village store and another via the website. I also ordered another which I returned/cancelled. The quality of the jackets are fantastic, great quality leather and sheepskin that is extremely well cut with a great fit. I actually think they are better in person and on than they are made to look on their website! The staff in the Clarkes Village store are great, amazing service and really helpful. The online buying experience is the same with quick replies to emails, fast delivery, and really easy to deal with.
I would absolutely recommend for both the quality of the jackets and bags, and for the great customer service.
