Great jacket, good quality, good true fit and quick service.

I read the reviews before buying my jacket. Some people said it came up small so I opted for a 16 rather than my usual 14 and it's a perfect fit. The leather is soft and supple and the duck egg blue shade is perfect for summer. The packaging was great. The jacket arrived gently folded in tissue paper inside a rectangular box. I'm sure the jacket will give me pleasure for years to come!

Omg I love my new bag. It smells so good and is of the highest quality. It was reduced from £129 to £63 and is perfect to carry my laptop and other essentials on my long haul flight London to Houston. I’m not one to take a cabin case - I just like a bag to go under the seat in front. This bag is perfect. I love it.

I took my husband's leather jacket to get fixed (as some stitching had come undone) - he's worn it quite a few times and has had it for a couple of years.
When he bought it in Beverley, he was told that it had a lifetime guarantee on it. When I bought mine very recently, I was also told, twice at the till, that they were putting on a lifetime guarantee.

When I took my husband's leather jacket in recently to sort out the stitching, they asked me if he had registered it, and if not, he would have to pay £20. I didn't know what they were talking about, and even though he was told he had a lifetime guarantee when he bought it, we recently found out that you have to register the jacket within 28 days to get a lifetime guarantee, and to therefore get it fixed for free.

No one had told us anything about this, and when my husband told them we were both told our leather jackets had a lifetime guarantee (when they phoned us back a couple days later), he was told that we needed to fill out a form from a QR code that was apparently on the label.

It would just have been nice to have been told when purchasing "you can put a lifetime guarantee on your leather jackets by registering it within 28 days, there is a QR code on your label", rather than being told "we will put a lifetime guarantee on your leather jacket".

This was my first purchase from Lakeland Leather and I can't rate them highly enough. I made an online purchase on the Friday and my jacket was received the following day. The whole experience from start to finish was first class, even the way the jacket was wrapped and presented in it's box. I'll definitely be back for more! Thank you.

My leather bag is really nice, beautifully made.It was very well packaged and delivered speedily. My only slight criticism is the depth of the two inside pockets are not quite deep enough to accommodate my mobile phone.
It certainly wouldn't stop me buying it however. Many thanks.

I would just mention there seems to be a small glitch in the address bit of the order section of the website. Two lines could not accommodate the relevant lines of my address and requiredeach line to be no more than twenty characters long. This was despite the fact that I was using the pull down address using my postcode which, as usual, is offered in the order sectionrather than inputting the address manually.

I absolutely love these leather gloves. The leather is so very soft, so softer than the ones i had looked at in retail shops. I had been looking around for extra large ladies leather gloves as i have long fingers. The ones i saw in the retail shops only went to large, i could have made do but i felt some company must do extra large.
