Always had lovely experience in any locations in London, all ladies are welcoming and are thorough in providing information. Clinics are clean and I found treatments more effective than in competitors. Would highly recommend their services!

I had my second session with Seni today. I have had sessions of laser before at even different clinics and no one has been as thorough and precise as Seni. She ensured I got my moneys worth. Seni was extremely friendly and competent she knew what settings was best for me and talked me through everything including the aftercare. She made me feel well looked after and even helped me apply the laser aid afterwards. She was extremely patient and made me feel heard. She focused on all my needs and ensured that they were all met. I am extremely happy with the service that Seni has provided. I am already seeing amazing results and cannot thank her enough.

Excellent service and customer care

Laser Clinics Clapham sent me an email saying I had treatments left in my package and that I needed to use them before they expired. I booked the treatments and attended one. When I went to the next appointment they said I had to pay. They said I had no treatments left in the package despite no one telling me that at the previous appointment. I even looked back at the email and it said I had two left. It takes me over an hour each way to get to the clinic. Staff just said that it must have been a website error and made no attempt to make up for the time I had wasted going to and from the clinic for a treatment that LCUK told me I had already paid for. I’m still not convinced I did get all the treatments. I would avoid this clinic based on their misleading use of packages and lack of customer service not making any compensation for their error.

I have already left a review, but I don't mind saying again that I am very pleased with this salon.
Very good results. Barely any hair left, but I continue to buy 3 sessions yearly, to get rid of any stuborn ones.
My hair removal technician is very professional, with good advices. She is caring and has a good technic.

I’ve been coming to UK Laser Clinic in Clapham Junction for several years now, and I’ve consistently had a fantastic experience. The entire team is friendly, professional, and always makes you feel comfortable and well looked after.

In particular, Sandra truly stands out. She is incredibly attentive, caring, and takes the time to make sure every session is tailored to you. I’ve had multiple treatments with her over the years for back and chest hair removal, and the results have been excellent. She always explains everything clearly, checks in throughout the session, and makes the whole process feel easy and reassuring.

I couldn’t recommend Sandra enough; she’s a real credit to the clinic. If you’re considering treatment, you’ll be in very safe hands with her.

Technique and laser machine are fantastic, I’ve been going there for a while now and the results have been astonishing. Special mention to Sandra, the Manager, who’s super professional, friendly and always up for a good laugh. Highly recommended

This service has helped improve my life tremendously, i can't thank them enough for the work they do... ive been going for over 2 years now, recommend by a friend, i always thought laser would be too expensive & way out of my means but i was wrong, this company does great deals, so your able to make it fit your pocket. I highly highly recommend this laser service. Ive never once had a reaction or any skin irritation they ask lots of questions in order to give you a personalised service each time. Although you may get a different worker every time you attend an appointment they all are well trained & out of say 10 ive only ever had 1 work not provide me with the level of service i expected, but ive also never seen them again so maybe they were a temp & the company got rid 🙌.
Front desk service is always well handled by the team. Phones call are hit & miss i assume its hard when busy.
Keep up the good work all... i shall see you in the year

I’ve had 10 underarm and Hollywood laser sessions at UK Laser Clinic – Clapham Junction and the results have been amazing.

As a Black woman, I was really conscious about finding a clinic that knows how to treat darker skin properly, and they’ve been excellent. The staff are professional, reassuring, and clearly know what they’re doing. I felt safe and comfortable at every appointment.

Hair growth has reduced massively, my skin is smooth, and I’ve had no issues with irritation or pigmentation. The clinic is clean, calm, and well run.

Highly recommend if you’re considering laser.

Came in September for my appointment 5 mins early, waited 20 mins because another client was late and they took the next available room so I rescheduled because I had to pick up my baby.
Literally called to cancel an appointment today because my child is unwell, I had over 24hr until my appointment and they’re saying because I cancelled before (not my fault) they will take full payment for the no show. No compassion was showed and she even dropped the phone on me because “she couldn’t hear me” even though she responded to my last answer.

My practitioner was extremely professional but also so friendly. I have had injectables elsewhere so know what I'm talking about. I felt extremely comfortable and would thoroughly recommend.

I visited Clapham Junction site, and the staff was not presentable. Their clothes were dirty and very poor at communication. They were acting like shocked like they were not expecting me. It was not very welcoming, especially for a first time customer.

The area was not targeted properly, only the line around it targeted and the area within just left empty. Overall, it was quite poor service. I will look for other companies if I am paying this high prices compared to anywhere else.
