I really wish I had checked Trustpilot before making this purchase.
Within minutes of completing the transaction, I realised that what I had purchased was nowhere near what I believed had been portrayed. I contacted the company almost immediately to request a refund.
Unfortunately, I am still waiting for a satisfactory response and for my refund to be processed.

A lesson learned for the future: before paying for anything online, check independent reviews first. I certainly will.

This is the third time buying a product from there. The first one never arrived. I contacted them, asked for a refund but got no reply at all. The second product was fine. And the third product also hasn't arrived yet. I contacted the help center but got no response. Even WhatsApp messages got no reply. Really bad service.

worst company to deal with, great advertising but as soon as they have you as a customer you will never be able to reach tham or resolve the issue youy have . so yup, stay away from tham even do they have a cheep AI products they dont work.

Three direct link addresses to get customer service, including "activating" my product have been ignored and the email that was supposed to arrive from aihost at serapiscode.com returned as undeliverable email address. I have a Stripe receipt and bank transaction confirming I paid $12.14 for a packege of hosting and software tools and have nothing to show for it and no response from the help address. This totally seems a bogus scam so far! I have the email receipt and screenshots to prove it.

I have bought several software products through this platform, however the products are bad. They advertise 100% money back, however when requested, they no longer respond to emails. They are mostly liars and scammers.

This company is a total FRAUD - the software is totally a fraud - DOES NOT WORK AT ALL

There was a 30 day money back guarantee and in spite of multiple refund requests - I have not received a refund. I have a refund request with my bank and I will get it refund forced via the bank.

This company is an offshore based corp hiding behind a shell corp based in Romainia. TOTALY FRAUD CORPORATION offering LO Ball offers and then upselling to the max and in the end the software is totally disfunctional and fraud.

Steer clear of this fraud.

I am working with their credit card processor to have their credit card processing cancelled.

This company is the biggest scamsters online. Stay far away from them. I purchased a product +1OTO. The product was absolute crap. Ask for a refund which was advertised as "30 days full refund 100% guaranteed, no questions asked" crickets. Emailed them everyday through every contact channel heard nothing back. I finally went through my bank and asked for a chargeback. Got my money back from my bank and they will investigate this fraudsters of a company.

Very bad experience with LaunchpadJV.

When I requested a refund, I experienced serious problems with my account and payment cards. My cards appeared to be blocked from making further purchases on the website, which meant I could not buy other products.

The customer support was also very slow and, in my experience, did not respond properly to my messages. Eventually, I had no choice but to raise a dispute/ticket with my bank to try to recover my money.

My personal advice is to be very careful when purchasing from this website. If you decide to buy anything online, using a credit card may provide additional protection in case you need to dispute a transaction or request a refund.

I was also disappointed that there was no PayPal option available during my purchase experience. Overall, based on my personal experience, I found the refund process and customer support extremely frustrating.

If you get tempted by this company's flashey sales pages I suggest you put your hand over your wallet and unplug your computer. These people make so many promises that it sounds imposible and as I found out, it was imposible. To start off they say that they are going to send you a pass word and instructions. That never happens. I sumitted several support tickets and they sent me those bogus AI resolutions that never get even get close to your real problem. Then they say the support ticket has been resolved. They have so many of these site management companies that it is hard to figure out who you are dealing with. And there is no way to get direct contact with anybody.
I fell for their fancy sales pages and IPurchased 11 of these hyped up products and not any of them have worked. I got two of them to almost perform but after I submitted numerus support tickets, they shut every one of my purchases off. I can't get into any of them. I see that many oyhers have posted on Trust Pilot, a lot of the same things that I experianced. I will not buy anything without checking this site in the future. The part that really gets to me is that they brag that they are connected to JV Zoo and Warrior Plus. I have never been treated anything like that from either one of them. Pass the word, these people give Internet Marketers a bad rep.

Unfortunately I have had a bad experience with them. They spammed me with ads and offers that I could not cancel because they come from many different email addresses. When I ask to stop I got no reply, Very annoying and unprofessional, if not illegal.

Irritating!!! Folks, this company is an affiliate for JVZoo. As you can imagine you get what you pay for. I had the same experience as someone below said, they won't respect you unsubscribing so they keep sending annoying emails from all kinds of different email addresses trying to get a sale of their latest affiliate offer so unsubscribing doesnt work. These folks should be banned for being extremely unprofessional and underhanded black-hat marketing.

This review is about Launchpadjv support. On the 28th of May I purchased a product + 3 OTOs via Launchpadjv.

None of what I ordered was in the members area, I contacted the vendor's support and received an auto response that my ticket was received.

After waiting another day or so, I then contacted Launchpadjv support for a refund, I received a auto response per the norm, the next day I received a response that my refund was approved and would be back in my account within 72 hours & it was.

After looking through some of the other products, I fear Launchpadjv has inherited some vendors I recognize from WarriorPlus, I won't name names these are the type of vendors that contributed to giving them a bad rep.

Launchpadjv support for me was outstanding, only two things I would suggesting 1. A listing of the vendors along with their products and 2. A rating system per vendor, that way the customer can look them up and make a decision as to whether to purchase from them or not.

It's a daunting task to keep up with the ne'er do wells, but a vendor list and rating system customers will keep you and each other aware of what's going on.

Oh, and I have yet to hear from the vendor since the 28th of May.
