I have been requesting for a refund. I had sent several messages without any response. This looks like a scam. They only created the YouTube channel and did 2 shorts, nothing was done on the project fkr entire 30 days refund period, so they can avoid sending a refund. The Ads & growth they promised is false. Unsubscribed from your marketing emails and would never recommend.

Really had high hopes for Launchpad products, unfortunately I have had to request refunds on almost every purchase. What I have noticed is a new product will launch, for instance ChatGpt5.5 promises a ChatGPT Unlimited and everything under the hood, excited you login and nothing is there. No upgrades on the OTO's you purchased. Then you have to email them and ask to update your account to reflect your upgrades and investment. A HUGE PAIN, then you finally get account updates days later with everything and still nothing works! Error message that you don't have what you should have, Also not one product I purchased stood up to close to what they promise. Don't get me started on unresponsive ticket requests. I have to literally email LauchpadJV directly sometimes to gte them to get with the vendor to respond. Its a whole thing. Its super sad because now I really don't trust some of the sellers on Launchpad. I really feel like because most of the sellers are in India selling the same product with different names and graphics. I could go into that whole thing to but Im going to save you the pain.
I have been purchasing for years via JVZOO and Warrior, JVzoo is better but still I am getting to a high level of distrust with these types of websites due to the issues of no transparency. But Launchpad by far has been the worst. Basically you purchase a product wait, send email to get upgrades, wait, days go by, then you just give up and request refund. The most important aspect of this entire problem is the lies, lies on the product, lies on what your getting, blatant lies (Unlimited Generations) about the use of GROK,CHATGPT,GEMINI,Claude and other good products out there. It's pretty disgraceful. The owner must know the system has a real problem with their vendors. Now I have to audit all my refund request to see if I'm actually getting my money back. Im just flabbergasted. I just want products that deliver what's promised!! Honestly as a paying customer... Is that too much to ask??

Calin handled an issue that I had with a vendor/affiliate...like a champion!

Thank you,

I had a really great buying exprience. The platform is very user friendly, maiing it easy to purchase the right products for my needs.

Great platform, super-friendly user interface and prompt support in case of issues. Love it!

Total scam. I made a purchase. The software log in and password were never delivered. Several days of support requests were Emailed to both the software author and launch pad. There is no response from either party and my money is gone.

DO NOT TRUST these people!!! You've been warned.

The site is genuine—it is not a scam. The product I purchased was modestly priced. As with most product funnels designed for online marketers, there were several optional upsells. It was not possible (during my purchase procedure) to skip an upsell (OTO) and proceed to the next OTO.

Seamless from start to finish. Easy, fast payments, quality products, friendly staff.
