Always on time
Always on time, and if the situation changes they always let me know. Been having them come by now since earlier this year and I have no complaints. They arrive, cut and go. Quick and to the point. Would definitely recommend.

Great Service, If You Do it Right
LawnStarter is a fantastic idea for a service. As a college student with an off-campus house, I had no idea where to even begin in finding someone to cut the grass. LawnStarter made it convenient and easy to do so.
It's not perfect though. I have had some instances of Pro's rescheduling on my for a month at a time (for false reasons; my favorite was 'inclement weather' on a perfect 75 degree day haha) which can leave my lawn unkempt if I don't have the time to get on the phone with a customer service rep (who are actually very understanding and helpful) to figure it out.
As it is an open pool of Pro's, you get good ones, and bad ones. Some are less intensive than others. If you get a good one, you better tip them and keep them, otherwise it's back to the random pool of Pro's.
