Property damage, no real resolution
Our pro forced our gate open in the wrong direction and left without informing us of the damage. No message no call, nothing. LawnStarter has been incredibly unhelpful in resolving the issue and decided a $25 credit would fix this issue. Calling them gave me a run around of how there is no one I can speak to regarding the issue and that my emails would be “pushed” up. Unfortunately for me a $25 credit does not fix the damage.

Im new to house living and had only lived in apartments before so was unprepared for the fine and citation I got for my lawn. I have no concept of what that even meant and since my lawn area is huge, could not do this alone.
Within 10 minutes of contacting LawnStarter, they had me feeling much more relieved, helped me determine a service rate and timing that didnt feel like I was being pressured and for a year the lawn people never missed a single appointment but always did phenomenal work
They proactively offered to temporarily postpone service in the winter months, something I hadn't even considered, and their system to reactivate services was incredibly simple.
The only reason I stopped services is because my boyfriend moved in and he has a lawnmower and will take over that.

The team that does my yard are always on time, extremely quiet... believe it or not.. there's no talking, just get work and be done, but extremely professionally done. They work together. One mows as the other trims. First mow of the year and I'm extremely satisfied!!

Only if you need a quick, "cheap" mow.
Appreciate the affordable service, but the "pro" didn't show and instead did the next morning, messing up my schedule. No communication, and cut the grass too high, making it conveniently necessary to increase the frequency of service. When I spoke to him face to face, he ignored what I asked of the service. Almost impossible to just cancel service after meeting their minimum number of cuts. Company was desperate to keep me as a customer.

I recently used this grass mowing and edging service, and the results were exceptional. The team delivered a thorough, professional job that left my yard looking absolutely pristine.
They arrived promptly and went straight to work, mowing the entire lawn with precision. The grass was cut at the ideal height for healthy growth, resulting in a smooth, even finish across the front and back yards. What really impressed me was the edging. They created sharp, clean lines along every sidewalk, driveway, flower bed, and fence, transforming the property with crisp borders that gave it a neat, manicured appearance.
The cleanup was outstanding. Every blade of grass clippings was completely blown away from the lawn, walkways, driveway, patio, and even the street edge. Large Price Increase
It took quite a bit of effort to get a reliable landscaper assigned to our account, but the one we have now has been excellent. Since he came on board, the service has been consistently great. Unfortunately, many of the other providers we’ve worked with have tried to bypass LawnStarter by asking for direct payment, which puts us in an awkward position.
The bigger issue now is the sudden 20% price increase. It came without warning and takes effect immediately. At this new rate, LawnStarter no longer offers the value it once did. I can easily find other companies willing to mow for the same price, whereas before LawnStarter felt like a competitive option. I’m planning to shop around and will likely switch to the company that already handles our mulch and bed cleanups—they used to be more expensive, but with this increase, they’re actually the better deal and far more convenient.
