Good quality mowing service
LawnStarter made it easy to hire a gardener to mow and trim our lawn. Their UI is pretty good -use the app as the website lacks some features- and it only took a few days from start to mow. Fair prices, and the gardener assigned to me was great, friendly and did a very detailed job.

The pro ran over a drain emitter and…
The pro ran over a drain emitter and destroyed the top which is kind of a lid that goes up and down. I contacted the pro through the app. No response. I tried again. No response. I filed it through the app with a picture of the damage and the receipt for it's replacement. The response was that they'd reach out to the pro. I've heard nothing. It's been 5 days. That same pro is supposed to come out next week because you are REQUIRED TO SIGN UP FOR A MINIMUM OF 3 CUTS. I don't even want to see those pros again because they had to have felt that they ran it over. It's a 4" piece of heavy green plastic! They didn't have a rider mower, just a standard mower so they had to have felt it. They never bothered to come up and tell us. Is dangerous to have it open so I had to cover it and by a replacement immediately. I will not use them again, ever once I've finished with the next two REQUIRED cuts.

They did everything we asked and even a little more like moving the kids play places to mow under them and then putting them back where they were before!they did a 10/10 job for sure
