Really nice people, turned up on time. Drive our stuff all the way from London to Worcester. Protected all of the belongings, dealt with a tricky house to get furniture in. The guys that helped were really nice and made a really stressful day feel manageable. I have used them before and would never use a different removal company. Actually one of the cheapest as well

This was the second time we have used Leader Removals and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. The guys on the day take care of your every need and are so polite and courteous. From full dismantling and reassembling of large furniture items (that I didn't even realise could come apart), to the careful packing and protecting for transport, of precious items. Would also definitely recommend them for value for money and efficiency.

We used Leader Removals recently and it was the quickest and smoothest move we’ve ever had. The two gentleman were friendly, efficient and cared well for our furniture. I appreciated the call the day before to reconfirm, very professional. They were also the most reasonably priced company out of all we received quotes for. Would highly recommend!

I have recently completed a complicated move which involved 3 separate days of Leader's assistance. It all went off without a hitch, and all 3 teams were courteous, efficient, professional, tidy and a credit to the Company. I cannot recommend them any higher.

Leaders Removals were fantastic - we had a team of 4 people and all of them were efficient, professional and friendly. The packing service was excellent - cannot believe they packed up a 3 bedroom house, including dismantling and reassembling furniture, and moved us 130 miles all in one day! Highly recommend.

Friendly, accommodating, & understanding service throughout. Removal team arrived on time. Lovely workers, very efficient, respectful, & knew exactly what they were doing. Excellent with moving my piano. Fast workers. No damage to properties. Care not to get our carpets ruined. Went the extra way to help get our heavy furniture up 2 flights of stairs at our new home. We also moved from London up to the West Midlands. Done by 4.30pm. Can’t fault them. Highly recommended. Thank you Kal, Ivan & team for a stress free move. 10/10

Excellent and professional service. Truly the best moving company I have ever used. From the contact with the office team, to the movers on the day, everyone was professional, efficient, pleasant and punctual!

Arrived on time, introduced themselves, asked for a quick tour, they then explained what order they would do things in. Very respectful of our property, took great care to ensure no damage occurred. Kept us informed of progress, asked us to check that rooms were emptied to our satisfaction. Once loaded, they suggested leaving and waiting at the new property but gave us the option. On arrival at the new property they explained about reasonable waiting time charges. We labelled most items but they advised some changes based on experience and not overloading some areas. They made a point of doing as much moving around of things that they could do in consultation with us, so as not to leave us with too much to do ourselves. Overall, we felt that they really cared about our moving experience and about us, they did their very best to keep us at ease during a time that can be very stressful. It's also worth mentioning that we got 4 quotes for our move and this one was the cheapest by some distance, with other companies suggesting it would take 2 days to complete the move. We would highly recommend this company.

Overall exceptional customer experience from start to finish. We were impressed by their friendly and professional staff. They were efficient and organised which ultimately made our unpacking task more smoothly. They are a reliable company and highly recommended.

Professional, courteous service provided by Tony, Stephanie, Dima and the rest of the team at Leader Removals. Dima and the guys that attended on the moving date were friendly and helpful and did a great job organising everything to get us moved quickly and ensured everything ran smoothly. A genuine pleasure to work with! We used Leader Removals to help move us into a short term rental this time, with a further move to our final destination; expected within the next few months and we will not hesitate to use them for that move and will be recommending them to others!!!

Leader Removals have a really great Customer Service department and made my life easy during a stressful time.

Really amazing service. I was dreading moving day but Ivan and Anthony from Leader were incredible. They were very polite, very professional and really went above and beyond. The customer service beforehand was great as well and they are very responsive. Couldn't recommend this company any higher.

I can't praise Leader Removals highly enough after our very stressful move from Surbiton to Cobham. They were extremely professional and charming from initial enquiry to the end of the move. We moved from a large five bed family house where we had been for 27 years to a smaller mews type house in July. The quote was very competitive and the number of boxes required was completely accurate.

Dimo and his lovely removal team worked tirelessly on an extremely hot day and remained unfailingly charming and cheery, even when I changed my mind a couple of times about the positioning of furniture in the new house. They set up the beds and positioned the fridge/freezer and then took a big piece of furniture on to our son as previously arranged. Everything fragile was very carefully handled and our antique furniture protected. So pleased we decided to use them!

These guys were fantastic. Great service during the booking, and very re-assuring. During the move itself, the lads were super respectful of all my things as if it was their own. They were competent, efficient and polite throughout. Great experience all round
