I have to say from the minute our 3 removal men arrived at my home early in the morning as booked, right through to them greeting us in a very professional and friendly manner, dismantling, loading and unloading our furniture with such care and attention. We couldn’t be happier. Very reasonable price also. A fantastic job Well done boys and lovely lady in the office THANK YOU again!

We engaged Leader Removals for our move to Wales and they were very professional, excellent in their pricing and gave us the reassurance that all our goods would fit in the vans they provided. Ivan and both his teams were amazing. The removal and delivery were both done in a fast and efficient way and nothing was too much trouble for either team.

I can honestly say this company was an absolute joy to work with, from the get go. Very helpful friendly service, the two men who came when we moved (July 5th) we're just fantastic. Efficient, friendly and enthusiastic. What I thought would take them 2 to 3 hours to load the van they were done loading in just under an hour.

We will definitely be using their service again when we move. Also I should mention, extremely affordable. Much more competitive than anyone else and far better than we have used before.

Damon and Michael were very efficient and handled our fragile goods with care. They were polite and arrived on time. We had an bulky office chair, which they helped us dismantle, move it to the top floor and then assemble it.

Highly Recommend. There were a few obstacles / challenges, that I could not have foreseen, however they were really understanding and did all they could and more.

The best removal team we have ever used . We would absolutely recommend the Team at Leaders from the first contact and discussion of the quote , through the admin communication pre and post move and for the most fabulous team Ivan and Diemo who worked their socks off with our move . We have used Leader removals service for the second time. They are very friendly, polite and well mannered. They deliver a professional service. They go beyond the contractual agreement to provide a personalised removal service. They accommodate your requests. I am surely going to use them again for our next move.

We used Leader Removals for our recent move across South London.

The two men were punctual, worked quickly, and were incredibly positive - nothing was too much of an ask. They took great care of all our possessions, even driving slowly between the properties to make sure my large collection of houseplants wouldn't fall over and be damaged! At our new property, they navigated lots of bulky furniture up two flights of stairs impressively quickly.

Leader were by far the most reasonable quote we received for our move and provided the best service we could have asked for. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat, and hope to use them again when I next move.

I cannot recommend Leader removals enough. They were excellent. Dimo, Biser and Misho arrived on time and packed up the house is super quick time while still making sure that fragile items were packed carefully and securely. Not only were they done in quick time but they helped me pack up my car. If you are looking for great service I would definately use them again.

9/6/22- The team of two were on the top of their game. A good eye for what goes where. Sensible positioning of heavy boxes as against lighter boxes. Efficient, good humoured, and hard working. I cannot praise Leaders highly enough. Thank you.

We were given one week’s notice for exchange and completion (that eventually happened within 24 hours of each other). And so began the Herculean task of trying to find a removal firm that could help us. Quotations from other firms varied, but in all cases, at such short notice, I would have lost the entire amount being charged if the timeline slipped again. Leader Removals stepped in and helped make a ridiculously stressful situation so much easier. Stephanie and her team were responsive, helpful and completely professional from the first online query to delivery of everything. The non-refundable deposit was a reasonable amount so I wouldn’t be scarily out of pocket if everything fell through at the last minute. In the end, our completion date slipped to a day for which they had no capacity, so they offered to store our furniture until they could deliver it two days later. This meant that everything was much less stressful (it was my mother who moved and she was able to stay with us) and all went to plan. They’re not the cheapest, but in my opinion, you get what you pay for. Hard working, courteous and so kind to my 82 y/o mum. Up there with the very best movers that I’ve used. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Excellent.

There is always dificult furniture to move by narrows stairs. Not gor this guys always with a solution to offer. Gentile people and professionals. Highly recomend

I want to thank Leaders company for their excellent work, they were amazing. I am so glad i chose this company, i had 3 men, and all 3 worked so hard, and it was a hot day too. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they went out of their way to make sure i was happy. They were so careful with moving everything, nothing broken or chipped. I cant praise them enough. The office Staff were also excellent, very helpful, and always called me back when i asked. I don't every want to move house again, but if i did these are the people i would most definitely use. Please consider them, you will not be disappointed.

We used Leader Removals for moving home, setting up the removal date was easy, as was moving the time to a earlier time was easy. Once the two removal men came Dimo & Ventsy they moved the furniture with 40 minutes in the large van. The new move also went quickly. They managed to get my brand new sofas into the property which i was worried wouldn't fit. At all times they remained professional and friendly, couldn't recommend this company or the removal men enough! Star service. Highly recommend them, for swift, stress free removals. Everything was handled with care and respect.

This company were nothing short of excellent! Good communication from the start , keeping us updated on journey times etc. The price was the cheapest quote (by some considerable way ) and did not try to do any add ons ! The two removal gentleman were considerate, hardworking and never stopped . Dino I think was the lead removal man was above and beyond helpful .

We used them to help us move our flat stuff in London and we were very happy with their services. Efficient and good banter. Would recommend and use them again!

We had a very positive experience when using Leader Removals and it was a pleasure to utilise the service of a friendly, professional Company. Although the thought of moving furniture was stressful and daunting Leader Removals delivered a painless result.

Initially when getting a quote, then booking the removal service with Leader Removals I spoke to both Kal and Violeta in the office, who both listened and understood well what I said. Everything was well organised and planned from the beginning until the end when the job was completed.

The team of 3 (Ivan, Val and Hristo) who came in 2 x 3.5 ton high sided box vehicles were very punctual on the day. The whole job was well Time Managed; the 3 guys were very focused, they took special care when handling our furniture, household goods, fragile and personal items and the complete Job was well coordinated and planned.

Thankfully the potential 7 hour job was achieved and finished in less than 6 hours. Delivery to the safe storage location 50 miles away was well managed and the space was extremely effectively utilised.

Ultimately I will have no hesitation using the service of Leader Removals again. I am happy to thoroughly recommend the people and the company to anybody who may want to use a fair, reasonably priced and well organised, hard-working company.
