The riad was fabulous. Beautifully decorated, impeccably maintained, with a wonderful helpful staff. Convenient to shopping and historical sites. Food was delicious and presentation was amazing.

Madline was absolutely perfect and helpful from A to Z. And the villa very nicely equipped

We had a truly wonderful stay at Villa Galenite in Crete. The villa itself is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking sea views, a beautiful modern and luxurious design, and an overall feeling of comfort and serenity that immediately makes you feel at home.

A special mention to Aliki and the concierge team, whose service was impeccable throughout the week — always attentive, responsive and genuinely caring.

One of the highlights of our stay were the incredible dinners prepared at the villa by Chef Giannis. A memorable culinary experience for the whole family.

This week created unforgettable memories for us, and we leave with only one wish: to come back someday.

My first rental with Le Collectionist was perfect. From the wide variety of villa options to the smooth booking process and the attentive on-site Concierge services, everything ran seamlessly. Their app makes it simple to keep track of the payment schedule and access the related rental documents. Villa was exactly as described. The team at St. Barths, Marie and Vincent, were fantastic, helping with all our bookings both before and during our stay.

Thanks to Le Collectionist, I had a really wonderful stay in Paris. The apartment was everything I had hoped it would be and the concierge support made the stay extra special. I've been to Paris a thousand times, but this one was extra special thanks to Le Collectionist.

There are to many people to connect with.The services we asked were far to high in price, we left with no good feelings but everything was very good, the house keeping was very friendly and we came back with good feelings

Everyone that was involved in organising the stay were incredibly service minded, helpful and kind. Whenever we had questions or needed help we got it.

We also had an amazing breakfast every morning made by the house maid and it was amazing, Aurelie was super nice and so helpful and made us a picnic snack for pur super early travel in the morning. We really appreciated that and everything else she did.

Meline was super sweet and very helpful and welcoming for our stay, she gave us all the info we needed and made sure we had a great stay!

Location and house was breathtaking, we never wanted to leave.

Warmly recommend! Staff adn service was 10 out of 10!

Our families' experience with Le Collectionist was absolutely stellar - we felt at home, felt prioritized, felt taken care of, and truly felt like we received a VIP treatment! The staff was available for any questions any time, and we felt that they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. They helped streamline our whole experience from groceries to car rentals so that we could focus on being together and enjoying our vacation and not sweat the details. We aren't famous special celebrities but we definitely felt like we were!! We can't recommend Le Collectionist enough.

I had a very frustrating experience with Le Collectionist.

I selected a villa on the French Riviera and proceeded with the booking, including making a prepayment. Everything initially seemed fine, but then communication became extremely poor. After waiting three weeks, I was suddenly informed that the villa was not available — despite the fact that they had already taken my payment.

What is most concerning is the level of disorganization: my request was clearly for July, yet I received a response referring to September, which shows a complete lack of attention to detail and raises serious doubts about how bookings are handled internally.

Although I was refunded the next day after I complained, this does not make up for the three weeks lost, the uncertainty, and the missed opportunity to secure another property during a high-demand period.

This is simply unacceptable for a company positioning itself as a luxury service provider.

I would expect:
• Reliable and accurate handling of booking requests
• Timely and professional communication
• Accountability when errors occur

At this stage, I hope the company will take responsibility and come back with a serious alternative solution, ideally the villa originally selected or an equivalent option.

Until then, I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.

We partnered with the agency for a multi-day workshop at Villa Occulus and were very satisfied with the collaboration.

Communication with Emma in advance was always transparent, fast, and solution-driven. She remained flexible and professional, even when adjustments were needed on short notice.

On-site, Ines was a great concierge and managed all operations exceptionally well. Having a dedicated point of contact on site made a real difference. The coordination between locations and shuttle services worked seamlessly.

Overall, a very pleasant and reliable collaboration that I would definitely recommend.
