Shipping box was excellent. I did have some damage pieces on bike. I called and sent me replacements in a timely manner. I feel the bike is a quality built bike and a great company to back it up hopefully for the long term.

I didn't receive at first the right bracket.
But definitely worked it out.
If there anyway to receive the other seat. I'm wondering if that would work out better then the one that came with it. Either way. I really like the bike

This e-bike is awesome!XPress 2 Cruiser is so comfortable and easy to use.Had a small issue with a part ,needed new one.Customer service was great.If you’re on the fence about buying, just do it, you won’t regret it!😊

I'm very impressed and happy with my entire purchase experience of my Xpress 2 up to this point with only one exception. The bike came a week later than the estimated delivery time. Which is really not a big deal and the delivery date was a estimate anyway. The anticipation just got the best of me.

got the XP 3.0 folding bike last spring and I ride it to work most days now. it folds small enough to shove in my closet and the battery still gets me around 40 miles on pedal assist. Lectric shipped it quick and setup was basically just the handlebars and front wheel.

They make Great E-bikes. They have reached out to us on how the bikes were doing. I truly believe they make a great product! Easy to connect with any questions after or before you purchase.

Happy with quality VS price. Had to download manual because is was NOT provided. Assembly pretty easy. Still waiting for the bracket for the front basket!! (current set up cannot mount basket because of headlight) Headlight could be brighter. On scale 1 to 19, headlight rates a 4.

I love how my bike looks badass, and it’s very rideable. Last year our friends had to really talk me into trying their e-bike. I was scared of the power of it. I (and my husband) loved them so much we got our own Lectrics. And, guess what? I’m not afraid! We have put almost 1,000 miles on them in the 10 months that we’ve had them, and I now feel like my bike is a part of me (her name is Rhonda).
We have gone on so many bike rides with our friends and have seen so many beautiful places, and we are able to go so much farther than we would on our regular bikes. This is obvious, and it blows me away so often.
We are in our early 50’s. My husband has had a shoulder replacement, and has a dud knee. HE CAN BIKE, thanks to you! Me? I’ve had a few heart attacks and triple bypass surgery. I’m doing well, but the heat of summer wipes me out- not with my e-bike! I also had an ankle replacement a while ago which makes longer activities impossible- not with my e-bike!
I honestly get teary eyed many times as we ride. I’m thankful to feel good enough to ride, and so thankful to have a bike that makes it so possible.
One more thing. I also love that I can actually put effort into biking. I can get a real workout when I want to.
THANK YOU SO MUCH for making such great bikes! You’ve made our summer so much more fun!

We ordered two Lectric XPress2 ebikes on line and had them shipped directly to a local bike shop where they were assembled the next day. Lectric ebikes regularly kept us informed of the shipping information. We got a ride to the bike shop and rode the bikes home about 16 miles along paved bike trails and through neighborhoods. It was a beautiful day and a wonderful experience. Prior to that day, we had ridden rental ebikes once and bicycles once in the last two months, and almost no riding before that for 40 years. We're both retired and love to ride our new ebikes several times each week. Riding on sidewalks adjacent to city streets, or on narrow pathways is still a little intimidating, but our balance and coordination gets a little better each ride. During on of our rides, the electrical system shut down on my wife's ebike when we were 4 miles from home. We couldn't get the bike turned on again so we both manually pedaled and walked home. When we arrived home, we got the key to the battery compartment, removed the battery, and pushed the button on the top of the battery. When the battery was reinstalled, the bike worked fine! (Always remember to take your key with you...). The ebikes are everything we expected, and more. We have become familiar with the PAS modes and the gears. We don't often use the throttle but it's helpful when starting from a dead stop to cross an intersection, and on steep hills, although we can get up hills & inclines mostly by using the PAS. Lectric ebikes' informational emails have also been helpful. We are having a lot of fun on our ebikes!

My order arrived within 10days (wow!). The email with unpacking instructions was extremely helpful as well as a customer service representative. We received one bike with 750 upgrades, which we had not ordered. I needed to confirm the battery watt so called customer service. She was so helpful, and was able to confirm within a couple of hours. Kudos to your customer service!
We have popped on the bike almost everyday. Learning the gears, screen readings and throttle have been super easy. Reminds me of learning to drive my dad's Volkswagen beetle back in the day!! :)
I am confident that should I have any problems, customer service will be there to assist me.

Great customer service! So please with how you all handled everything involved in getting our bikes fixed to where we can ride them! Good to know there are still. Companies out there that back their products.

It's my first ebike and I love it. I've been having issues with riding traditional bikes over the last few years and this is a great alternative. I will never go back.
