We bought a XP bike two years ago and…
We bought a XP bike two years ago and shipped that same week.
This bike has taken much longer and was expecting it to arrive before my wife's B Day. It wasn't.
I received a email from Jeff explaining there was a mix up on the shipping and the warehouse has given our order top priority.
I called customer service and was told the bike was waiting in a Fed Ex trailer and it would be shipped when the trailer was full. I explained our series of events and was not happy with what was told to me.
The bike arrived the next day.
You have a good product. Customer communication is paramount to keep your customer in the loop.

I bought directly from the company. They didn't give me a Veterans' discount. Also, they had a dealer 3 miles from me who would have assembled my new e-trike free. Instead, I had to pay more than $180.00 for assembly. I remain a dissatisfied client, who will NOT be buying my next bike from lectric. Their customer service sucks as well as their policies regarding their dealers. Bad company.

The bike needs a brake light. That should be mandatory if the bike has a taillight.
Really enjoy riding my Lectric bike. I should have bought this originally.
The only issue is it needs a brake light.
I've been riding at night with a group and they don't know when I'm going to stop.
If a bike has a taillight, it should automatically have a brake light for safety.

A lot of bike for the money
Relatively easy to assemble. Many practical upgrades. (Great display, turn signals, bright headlight, spring seat post) Very smooth ride. Powerful. Throttle availability. Easy to make adjustments for ride comfort.
Very heavy. Difficult to access charging port.

Bad Experience with Lectric
I purchased 2 new ebikes. The two new ebikes arrived with issues. Communication with Customer Service extremely non-productive and offer ridiculous solutions but will not take accountability. No resolution as Customer Service will not respond or follow-up. I communicated with Lectric's Conrad, Byron and Luke and provided several pictures. Conrad suggested a partnered service but will not authorize.
I requested case to be escalated with no success. I purchased the bikes as Christmas gifts for my adult sons.
Lectric eBike should replace or refund. Lectric makes gift purchase for an older person extremely difficult.

I'm only giving the people at lectric five stars because 8 or 10 aren't available. I had a few misunderstandings about my purchase and how things work. Nothing negative or problematic, and they were beyond and over the top helpful. This isn't my first lectric purchase and I'm already considering another one.

Very disappointed so far
Well this was more than they made it out to be. My latch wont work properly...so they were going to send me something on how fix it. 2 hours later and the so-called excellent customer support still hasn't sent me anything. And i am now on hold. The chain guard that they have you install...LOL...i know why. It is almost impossible to install. The Product manager who approved this design and install needs to be reassigned to something else. i am still waiting for my first ride....hope it is better than this experience.

The bike is really nice. Exactly what we were wanting. Putting it together is quite complicated though. We also were missing a part for a basket but customer service was fast and sent it right to us. Glad we ordered this bike

Shipping box was excellent
Shipping box was excellent. I did have some damage pieces on bike. I called and sent me replacements in a timely manner. I feel the bike is a quality built bike and a great company to back it up hopefully for the long term.
