My experience with Lectric eBikes was great!
What made the experience great was the ease of ordering, the detailed tracking for the pieces being sent to me. By far, the most exciting fact is that it came already assembled, except for the separately mailed add on accessories I had ordered. I chose the 2026 XP4 step thru in Teal and couldn't be happier!

Lectric e-bikes are very versatile on or off road.
Lectric e-bikes are very versatile on or off pavement. Easy to fold up and put in your car and I have 2 Lectric e-bikes bikes. I recently had 2 of my Lectric e-bikes stolen, I explained what happened to Lectric and they offered me $200 off the purchase of 2 replacement e-bikes. Emailed them my receipt and police report is all. Get a good lock!

I have a little problem when my bike arrived there's a dent on my fork a few stretches on the frame and a bent crank chain... Emailed them on the same they.. Later that day they replied.. And they send me a new fork new crank set and a retouch pen.. No question ask..

Great bike, great service
. The torque sensor is a pleasure to use, and the ride is quiet and smooth. Minor issues with the Xpress 2 Step through:
Due to the swept back handlebars, the keypad controller is rotated nearly 90 degrees counterclockwise making the UP key on the LEFT and the LEFT key in the BOTTOM position. It's harder to set the cruise control and to use the walk mode. Perhaps Lectric could make an adaptor to correct the misalignment.
When installing the front fender and light, the small bolt on the fork was so hard to remove that I snapped the hex key and I had to use vice grips to remove it. After that, the fender and light installed easily.
I weigh 260 pounds and the suspension seat post which is rated at 250 pounds completely compresses when I sit on the seat. I didn't think 10 additional pounds would make much of a difference. Lectric is sending me a standard seat post as a replacement. Thanks, Lectric.

An old man and his XP4
I ordered the XP4 for my 79 year old husband. We live in the hilly area of TN. He wouldn’t even attempt to ride a bike here. I first bought a used XP Lite which he did enjoy riding but felt it didn’t have enough power going uphill. The XP 4 delivers everything he wanted, and now I ride the Lite. We have so much fun cruising our neighborhood - only thing missing is the doggie trailer so our pups can enjoy the rides too!

Terrible Customer Service in Resolving Problem
Purchased a Lectric Xpress2 in June. Recently had two occasions of it suddenly stopping, despite the battery being fully charged when I left home. Reached out to Lectric via email and thru an online form. I have sent the requested information, including sales receipt, battery info, etc., and have now received the 4th email request for the same information. Spend 20 minutes of a lunch hour on hold for technical support by phone, and have as of yet spoken to no one. I am thoroughly disgusted and disappointed by customer service for a bike I have enjoyed prior to any problems.

I ordered at a holiday weekend sale
I ordered at a holiday weekend sale. It took more time to receive the bicycle because of the number of orders. I appreciated the number, and quality of the update emails.
Packaging was outstanding, and initial assembly was quick and easy.
I have been extremely pleased with the bicycle. The "free" accessories are not worth the suggested price, and I only continue to use the suspension seatpost.
