An old man and his XP4
I ordered the XP4 for my 79 year old husband. We live in the hilly area of TN. He wouldn’t even attempt to ride a bike here. I first bought a used XP Lite which he did enjoy riding but felt it didn’t have enough power going uphill. The XP 4 delivers everything he wanted, and now I ride the Lite. We have so much fun cruising our neighborhood - only thing missing is the doggie trailer so our pups can enjoy the rides too!

Terrible Customer Service in Resolving Problem
Purchased a Lectric Xpress2 in June. Recently had two occasions of it suddenly stopping, despite the battery being fully charged when I left home. Reached out to Lectric via email and thru an online form. I have sent the requested information, including sales receipt, battery info, etc., and have now received the 4th email request for the same information. Spend 20 minutes of a lunch hour on hold for technical support by phone, and have as of yet spoken to no one. I am thoroughly disgusted and disappointed by customer service for a bike I have enjoyed prior to any problems.

I ordered at a holiday weekend sale
I ordered at a holiday weekend sale. It took more time to receive the bicycle because of the number of orders. I appreciated the number, and quality of the update emails.
Packaging was outstanding, and initial assembly was quick and easy.
I have been extremely pleased with the bicycle. The "free" accessories are not worth the suggested price, and I only continue to use the suspension seatpost.

Absent customer support
I have a bent screw and 2 missing gor the cargo rack. I tried to contact customer support 3 time to either recieve or purchase new ones and haven't been given one response message.

I had to return a Lectric etrike that did not work
I had to return a Lectric etrike that arrived damaged & the experience was surprisingly smooth & positive. From the first contact, the support team was responsive, professional, & genuinely helpful. They walked me thru the return process, handled the logistics without hassle, & kept me updated the whole way.
What stood out most was how they treated the situation, no runaround, no blame, just efficient & courteous service that made a frustrating situation much easier. It’s very rare these days to find a company that handles returns this well. I highly recommend Lectric Bikes for both their products & customer service!

SPAM BUSINESS
I signed up one time to explore some options when I was purchasing my last bike, and these complete a-holes keep spamming my texts and emails without offering any opt-out. I've contacted customer support, their phone line, and their contact portal on the website and they keep spamming me. This is actually illegal and I'm sure there are others they're doing this to. Awful business practice.
