Customer service was great…Unfortunately, one of the 2 36” strands I ordered was only half lit.. thankfully we were only using half (18”) of the strip so it worked out.

The connection between the LED strip…
The connection between the LED strip and the wiring is poor. It does not always make contact. I have to constantly fiddle with it to work. Returning it would be a hassle and not worth the money or the effort.
