Fast shipping and great product, two reels of waterproof warm-white LED flex strip. The added mounting clips made the install as easy as it could be.

Honest about the long lead time. I placed an order back in August, and I promptly got an email saying the unit was backordered (should've been listed as out of stock) and wouldn't ship until the end of October. Sure enough, near the latter half of October, the parts I ordered arrived.

The order process is very nice. Delivery is fairly fast. Scott in customer service is outstanding!!

Website provided all the specs I needed and suggested the correct accessories to order. Product was shipped as advertised and arrived ahead of time. I can't vouch for the product itself since it will be a while before I integrate it into a one-of project.
