I ordered a battery powered motion sensor under counter light. The unit came quickly. Once installed the unit stayed on. I left it going for 15 minutes, still on. It was Saturday and the company was closed so left a message. I couldn't wait so I opened the sensor (4 phillip head screws and found a rheostat) inside with an adjustment screw. I found that I could adjust the stay on timing using this. Problem solved. The company did call back the following Monday and left a message and callback number. Can't complain about that! The real problem was that the wires to connect the battery to the controller and the controller to the light were only about 4" long. I had to hunt around to find some similar wire to extend both wires. I think 4" was a little very limiting and should have been called out in the description.

Ordered two plug-in LED strip lights. One was DOA, but was replaced quickly by LEDSupply. Otherwise the products seem to work great and are perfect for my under cabinet application.

I am generally happy with the LED strip lighting that I purchased. I do think the shipping charges were high especially given that many suppliers reduce or eliminate the shipping charges when the order is above a given value.

I ordered and used the tunable white solderless quick connect connectors to connect my strips. I found the connectors to be unreliable and would not reccommend them. Ultimately I had to rework my entire install because with the connectors the lights flickered and were not consistent. I ended up removing the connectors and replacing them with soldered wires and Wago connectors.

I am happy with the end result.

I've used this company for years. I don't know much about LED tab lights but LED Supply has excellent how to videos and written descriptions of how to assemble a custom system. And if you need help their custome service line is awesome

I purchased RGB LED strips to light our external cross on our Church steeple. After various issues we finally got the cross lite only to find out that the LED lights started to flash multiple colors after a few days. After working with Scott of LED Supply we tracked the problem down to our LED strips are on a dusk to dawn timer and the RGB LED strip controller doesn't work with timers.
