Quite possibly the worst service I’ve seen of any company. Happened at kings cross, london. Attempting to leave luggage they’d paid online to store. Started off a disaster when the option for 3 hours wasn’t available and so had to select 24h at a much higher price. Then upon arrival the guy in charge was absolutely hopeless, trying to avoid taking the baggage and saying he had only started last week. Had to wait 15 minutes on the guy in charge who it turns out was away buying wedges from greggs, boggles the mind that you leave a new start in charge rather than send him for the lunch. When he finally showed up he proved just as useless. Saying they are full so even though the spot is paid you need to wait until someone comes for their luggage to fit yours in. The “door supervisor” (j.monteiro) in charge was of no help regarding refund, sending us away to go online while the new guy just shrugged repeatedly. As a service thats meant to be there to make your day less stressful this place just proved that you’re better lugging your stuff around. They even charge up £20 to retrieve lost items that have been handed in!!! Absolutely bonkers. AVOID
