My experience with legendz has always been satisfying awesome customer service via my Account Manager Eduarda R. She’s always ontime responding to any questions or emails that I send. Redemption is on point sometimes it takes as little as 20-30 minutes and redemption is processed. I enjoy playing and especially days win I have big wins, love the game.

Jason Xavier….is the…. BOMB DIGGITY
Jason Xavier is by far the best account manager anyone could possibly have. Since day one I have felt important and appreciated and most of all heard. He has taken the time to get to know me for who I am rather than just being another point on a check list. He knows about my life, job and family and I know about his. He is always rooting for me and is there 5 days a week when I need him. My only complaint is the difficulty of getting service from the chat line on his days off. I used to be told “oh you have an account manager contact them for help” but now a days it’s long wait times or just no response at all. Otherwise everything is wonderful and I couldn’t be happier with his service.

Tara is so amazing...
Tara is so amazing.... I am so lucky to have got her for an account manager, she is so personable and we have def bonded over whom we are as people not just a number.
To be honest I really don't think anything needs improvement I don't think she or you guys could possibly be any better. Unfortunately I had to slow down on my playing for a bit because of health reasons and not being able to work as much. Ut rest assured as soon as I can. I will be right back playing like I used to. I enjoy talking to tara she cares and checks on me if we don't speak for a bit. She is absolutely amazing.
