The two hour redemption guarantee is a complete lie . And when you try to get help all they say is its processing or they are kicking it up to a different department . All of it lies . I tried to redeem 4 times. Waited two hours a piece and used old and new payment methods . Still nothing. Don't waste your money or your time. I'll be getting my lawyer involved in this matter . And on top of that , I went to go check just now to see if I could try and redeem , they block my account. I did nothing but asked for my winnings and the blocked my account . I promise yall will pay for this ...
And this is now an update they have yet to even reply when I tried to get ahold of support . My account is still locked . And no redemption . It's crazy cause if you locked my profile you could have easily just processed my redemption. Yall chose to not just ignore me but go against everything yall advertise.
