Legendz has great customer service and its my go-to site for social casinos. My only complaint is that the redemptions have been taking longer then usual lately. Other than that its a great site.

Legendz is legit, Only 1 minor issue with debit card,
I had minor issues with getting my debit card verified, But shortly after submitting a few tickets, I’ve got everything fixed and Legendz paid me instantly for my FIRST redemption! Give it a shot. Just make sure you get yourself verified correctly, Have your documents & your good to go! :)

Don't waste your money
Don't waste your money. I won 1200 played it down to 300 tried to cash out and after sending them all my information they blocked my account. Tried contacting customer support and they just keep sending the same damn message that my account is under review. Bullshit. The company they use to verify your information accepted everything so why would it be under review? Because it's just like the others and is a scam. I'm filing with the FTC and FBI Internet crime services

Spend a lot of money, get little to nothing in return. You can spend enough money to be considered "VIP" but theres no difference if you have the title or not because the rewards are horrible either way. You could spend $500, not win anything, but hey, you now have enough rewards points to get 10 spins at .10 cents a spin! But dont worry, odds of winning anything on those are also slim to none. Then when you ask customer support if maybe the could help you out with complementary sc, your lucky if you get a whole $5 in sc to the $500 you just gave them without hitting anything. Don't worry, you wont hit off that 5sc they gave you either. Like I said in the first sentence give a lot get little to nothing.

5 minutes to convince me they’re sketchy
My experience, I signed up by creating my account. Scrolled through the games on the homepage. Clicked the GC/SC toggle and it asked for my name, address, and phone number. I entered those and the site kicked me out. Tried to log in it says Error: Account Locked.
That’s it. Couldn’t have been on the site more than 2 minutes.
Support was an AI chatbot with a generic, “try a different device” message.
Naa. I just wanted to gamble a bit for some fun. But i like games and not betting on the site being sketchy or not.

No thanks. I don’t think the quality of support someone receives should be different because they took their time to share their experience and opinion.
Besides, if they sorted out what happened and I got access, I’m not going to trust a casino that can’t handle something as easy as account creation.
You all have the info to see my account and look up what happened in your logs.
But if this message wasn’t just a throw off message to present the appearance you’re you try and help people, leave another message and I’ll raise the score of my review and help QA the problem with your support team.

I registered at this casino and everything was going well. I bought a 100 SC package and then they closed my account with the winnings still in it. I don't want my account back, I just want my investment refunded. I don't want the winnings back either, just my investment refunded to my original payment method.
