THEY ARE HORRIBLE & SCAM ARTISTS!!
This is the worst casino site I have ever had to deal with!.. I had $250.00 in winnings to redeem so I did the verification process like I have done on 50 other sites with no issue and they locked up my account and said verification failed and was under review. After a few days of waiting for them to get back to me they said I had another account from months ago that I didn’t have access too (because I didn’t have access to the email account used to open it) and instead of working with me like all the other sites did when I lost that email they took the money that I had won and suspended my account permanently so now all the money I have spent on the site and the $250.00 I was redeeming is now gone!!… They are truly scam artists and I would not trust that they won’t do this to you when ever they feel like it!!… THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!

Horrible experience
Bought a package won $1000 jackpot. Attempted to verify my account and that took 3 weeks of back and forth emails. Them claiming my names didnt match because on my ID it uses my middle initial and what they had was my middle name spelled out. Them claiming it was not the same name multiple times . After about a month and me threatening to report them. I finally got helped and diring my chat a man told me to leave a review. Only did it to get my money. They sent the money right away after seeing I left a good review. Anyway, horrible experience with this casino. Dont wven bother putting your money into it. They will have you running around for weeks hoping you play through your winnings and they won't have to pay out.

Redemption request showing processed on their side and not receiving the funds into my bank account. They didn't get kicked back and Legendz will not refund me my money. It should be a simple process of analyzing the attempted wire transfer to find out where the funds are being held. They are no help with this. Frauds
