I was extremely skeptical that Lending Force could help me, I was turned down by about 8-10 lenders. I purchased my home a few years ago & put too much money down so I would have a low mortgage, leaving only $1 hundred thousand to live on. The house needed a boat load of work, and I blew through $80 thousand just getting it livable.
Michael Nowak along with Barbara Mays found a hidden loop hole that other lenders were too lazy to investigate. Michael was amazingly kind & considerate, he walked me through the whole process. He actually answered his phone every time I called him! Not once did it go to voice mail!Lending Force is very lucky to have Barbara & Michael on their team. I will be telling everyone I know to call them.

Parker and Mufid were so helpful and looking out for my good. I had numerous other companies trying to get my business and I can say none of them seem to give me the options to help me instead of lining their own pocket. These guys took on my concerns and even followed up with me when at one time I was going with someone else. I quickly decided that these guys were listening and stopped everything with the other company. I never realized that a mortgage rep was really there for you. I feel like I really have someone in my corner. Btw the closing of the loan and their support staff were also great. I really appreciate Parker, Mufid and Khue for all there parts of the process.

I have a great deal of admiration for the fine folks at Lending Force. Ken Ergen had the utmost support while navigating the loan process. I had gone through a different company which fell through from a low appraisal. Ken waited the required six months to start the process all over again. His confidence was overwhelming. I still was quite skeptical and felt like ending the process. Ken didn't give up and thankfully it worked. The appraisal was $100,000.00 higher than the previous attempt. Khue Luu took the torch and lead me to the finish line. Her professionalism and expertise was incomparable to any other. I feel so blessed to have had the support and care from Lending Force. This loan was a life changer for me and my family. I am forever grateful.

These mofos just don’t stop. Hundreds of calls through out the day. They just become deaf when ever you request to be put on do not call list. They just continue the conversation as if they haven’t heard it. First class Clowns. 🤡

Ken was extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. The level of professionalism that he displayed was well appreciated. His communication with me was the most consistent and helpful each time that we spoke. He made sure that I was comfortable and understood every step of the process. Ken continued to follow up with me until the closing of the loan. His detailed attention to my needs during this process were excellent.

They took their time and did it correctly. It took a while but we made it! They always took the time to answer any questions I had.

My loan officer Luigi was very professional and pleasant to work with. He was very knowledgeable about he loan programs and structured a loan that fit my finances and was able to pay off all my credit cards. I can't say enough about Khue, the underwriter. She was also very pleasant to work with and knew exactly what paperwork was needed. She also worked overtime to help my loan close within just a few weeks. As I'm writing this review, I got a call from Luigi to make sure everything was ok.
