Everything with Lensesrx was good. Just the promised arrival date was delayed by 3 days due to sitting in USPS sorting center without moving for over 3 days. Delivery was originally scheduled for Saturday and it didn't arrive until the following Tuesday

They send my prescription lenses to poste Canada one week after the strike begin ,I paid this delivery 49usd 68.59$ canadien for 250g package and now my lenses are stuck somewhere until stricken finish and take month before I get them, 1 week after national strike begin wtf you send package with poste Canada ?? Now I'm stuck with no money to buy other
and no lenses for a long time it sad my only choice is waiting .....

I sent a pair of Ray-Ban Meta for replacement lenses. The staff sent notifications that the glasses were received. The glasses were returned as promised, the prescription was made as requested. I have now ordered 4 more replacements lenses.

I really hope that they start to make lenses with custom tints that can also be photochromic. That is all they are missing.

I have used lensesrx before and just recommended then to a friend the best way to replace your glass in your glasses in a very economical way especially when they run the back to school discount.

I’ve now bought six pairs of lenses from LensesRx and every pair has come out with better tolerances and faster than the Essilor lab. I’ve had 7 friends order from them for their Rx lenses for the RayBan Metas and all have had the same good experience. Customer support is top notch.

The only knock against them is their website looks rather dated and does not match up to how good the product is.

I asked them to work with me on timing around the holiday and I was surprised happily by the effort that they made. First Rate people to deal with.
