I sent my glasses with notes on the prescriptions to use on my lens refill for two pair of glasses they got the prescriptions mixed up, they don’t answer the phone, very annoying! I had to ask for a return label although it was their fault to return the 2 pair of glasses they messed up!! Customer service is terrible, I’m only getting one pair refilled and still waiting for my refund on the second pair and the one pair of glasses to be refilled.

My order has not been fulfilled. I ordered glass frames October 4, 2025. It's now October 21, 2025. Sixteen days which is well over 72 hours. You claim that I would have received my order within 72 hours. I will be reporting this to my credit card company.

First the code wouldn’t work that was in the front page then it took two weeks to ship the lenses and now they have been stuck in the mail for another week even though they shipped from my own state 3 hours away. Now the tracking has stopped updating I’m not even sure I’m going to get them at all but they sent me an email twice now to leave a review so here you go. This has been atrocious

I sent in two different pairs of glasses, one for reading and one for distance and received an updated set of both in a short amount of time. Couldn't be happier with the set. I plan to order more in the future.

This is my second experience with LensesRx, the first being many many years ago and I am amazed at how they manage to still uphold the same great customer service - very responsive with prompt updates. Excellent quality at the same great prices. Just really honest work. I sent 3 luxury designer frames and they came back in the same condition with my rx. LOVE my regular and transition eyeglasses, especially my sunglasses! I will be sending them more of my frames. Thank you so much LensesRx!

Lensesrx is 100% legit. I received my authentic Versace glasses in a timely manner and my prescription is correct.

I like the selection, price , efficiency.

I received my glasses; however now i need to pay and get them adjusted at a local store because they are extremely unbalanced/crooked. I would think it would have been noticed when making them since one bow sits at least a half inch off of counter from other one.

My frames were damaged and Lenses RX had the same frames available.
