Note: Google has "shadow banned" a similar review of London Executive Offices 15 Old Bailey from Google Maps, without warning, explanation or means of appeal in a clear attempt to cover up what this abuser solicitor did to me at that location. Unsurprisingly, LEO has claimed their Google profile and even advertise there, so Google is covering up for one of its advertisers. When I re-posted my review using a new account, it got removed within a few hours, so Google may have granted LEO the ability to remove reviews themselves.
Their Gedye & Sons solicitor client abused me in their hired meeting room! The managers of this London office space rental company hired a meeting room in the basement of their 15 Old Bailey premises out to the abusive, manipulative Cumbrian owner/solicitor of a Cumbrian probate law firm called Gedye & Sons and enabled him to use their room to abuse me, lie to me, take advantage of me and commit fraud against me, things which are against Solicitors Regulation Authority and Law Society rules. When I alerted them to what he did to me on their premises they covered up for him, by telling me they “don’t get involved”, that it is “nothing to do with them”, even though the meeting room where he abused me is only feet away from their office in the building. These managers even told me to leave when I was informing them of what he did to me and even called the City of London Police on me, the black victim of this racist white English solicitor! He invited me to a meeting at his 15 Old Bailey office, where he rents space, under false pretences of helping and advising me as an executor of my mother’s estate, when instead it was his secret intention to remove me as an executor of my own mother’s will, using a crooked probate solicitor’s manipulation known as “power reserved”.
He and his hideous firm had already tried to remove me, behind my back, while I was still in Nigeria after my late mother’s burial using this trick, on behalf of my British Transport Police brother, who secretly wanted to be the sole executor, even though our mother had named us both executors, along with our uncle. When we met, as soon as he shook hands with me, before he had even sat down, he threatened to remove me as an executor. He spent the whole hour seeking to persuade me to step down. He lied to me in order to induce me to step down. In answer to a direct question from me, he told me that if I stepped down and became a “non-proving executor” I would still have access to my mother’s estate information. But I later found out from another outside probate solicitor that once you step down, you have no right to estate information, so he blatantly lied to me! When I was about to sign a statement he had typed out for me, I reminded him that when we met he said he was going to give me a few days to make up my mind, but instead he stood over me and demanded “No! Do it now!” So he pushed me into signing a manipulative statement that was extremely detrimental to me and he later refused to give me the estate information I requested saying I stepped down, which shows he lied to me. When I visited the City of London Police and told them what this nasty solicitor did to me, they told me it was FRAUD! The probate solicitor later removed me as an active executor behind my back by obtaining a Grant of Probate in my British Transport Police officer brother’s sole name. They never told me they had done this, nor the implications of doing this, but they later taunted me with this. He also enabled my police brother to swear a false oath to the Manchester High Court of Justice, swearing he had informed me of his intention to apply for probate in his sole name, when he had done nothing of the kind. Taken together what they did to me amounts to Probate Application Fraud.
But when I visited the General Manager of 15 Old Bailey, Ernesto, and told him what happened, he said “He is our client. We are completely out of it. It’s nothing to do with us”. And a previous manager had told me, “We don’t get involved in that”. Ern also told me he had passed some papers I had given to his deputy, on to Gedye & Sons. He did that completely without my permission and against my will. When his deputy, Nuria, who was far, far nicer to me than he was, asked my permission to take photocopies of my papers, she said it was only to show her managers, not to be handed over to Gedye & Sons. When I told Penny, the Area Manager, what had been done to me, she shockingly responded with, “You have to leave now!” and “That’s not from anything that has anything to do with us!”. That was shocking and outrageous! Before I could say “Jack Robinson” she was calling the police. She did that without being willing to listen to my ordeal. As soon as I began telling her what the solicitor had done to me, she told me to leave! She refused to give me her full name and refused even to give the police her full name, because she didn’t want me to hear. She told the police I was “causing a ruckus” and told them I was standing right next to her when in fact I was sitting across the room from her taking notes. Ern refused to give me the name and address of the landlord. When I later repeatedly asked him to ask Gedye & Sons for the return of my papers, he kept cutting me off! He first told me he would speak to the firm, then when I phoned him the next day, he said, “I don’t want nothing to do this case!” London Executive Offices managers hired out their meeting room to an abusive, crooked, Cumbrian fraudster solicitor and have actively colluded with him in trying to cover for his abuse. They are complicit in his abuse, fraud, corruption and racism. Appalling, corrupt City behaviour from them! I have clearly made them aware that their meeting room hire policy is open to abuse, but they don’t want to know. This is even though the deputy general manager, when I first told her about this, said that they needed to know about incidents like this and that it was possible that they wouldn’t renew the offending solicitor’s contract. I heard nothing like this from the appalling General and Area Managers, who displayed zero empathy!
