I paid £21,000 to Lexen Law Ltd for UK immigration services. The advice I received was incorrect and my visa applications were submitted without checked and refused. I later discovered that the individuals handling my case were not individually authorised to provide immigration advice.
When I requested a refund, a written refund agreement was signed by the director confirming repayment. However, no payment was made after the agreed dates passed. A formal demand letter was sent but no response was received.
I have reported this matter to the Immigration Advice Authority, Action Fraud and the Home Office. I am sharing my experience so others can make informed decisions.
