I had a disappointing experience with this platform. Despite having a profile for 2 months on a trial, I didn’t receive a single enquiry, making the subscription feel like a waste of time compared to advertising that actually delivers results.

When asked about trying the service again in December by sales agent Caylan, I wasn’t offered a free trial, which only reinforced my concerns. They don't stand by their claims and are only interested in getting $.

I requested to be removed from their database after this interaction.

Wouldn’t recommend!

I wish I'd actually paid attention to the reviews before signing up for a profile - they all talk about how friendly and helpful the staff are but don't actually mention getting any enquiries.

Three months on there and not a single contact - save your money and invest in Google Ads instead.

I recently signed up to the directory with the goal of being on the directory. I was very pleasantly surprised with all the additional service that I received with it, such as a profile review and tips about how to improve it. I didn't even realise such a service was on offer, not to mention it being on offer as standard. I was also pleasantly surprised - because there isn't much of that these days - at how human-led this service is and how they are easily reached over the phone.
The whole experience, so far, was well above and beyond any of my expectations.

It is a waste of your money. As a coach, you’re better off paying for Google Ads for your website.

The set-up process was really user friendly. Sending my qualifications and insurance documents was easy to do and staff respond quickly at all stages. Everyone has been really helpful and professional.
