Replacement now arrived and is excellent. I have been offered a gift as an apology but this review was not about getting something for free. It was just about my disappointment at the long delays. I am now happy I have the product and that it is very good. I will keep supporting new sustainable focused companies.

Replacement still not arrived - they are selling the products and now have a Black Friday sale but nothing is coming my way. Latest excuse is they have run out of the toothpaste - really?
I have made a decision to support new start up businesses who have sustainability at heart, but this one is just a disappointment.

Update:

Having written a glowing review it appears it was premature. The promised replacement dispenser has not been sent. I have paid the postage to receive this and I am still waiting. Emails go unanswered. Very disappointed

Review below was written when I was full of hope!

Every now and again you find a company which truly understands customers. The toothpaste is excellent and the concept of reducing plastic refill is very important to me. As others have mentioned, the original toothpaste pump had issues. Rather than hiding away from these issues, they have taken time to resolve them and produce a revised version. They are sending one to me at no cost along with some product. This is outstanding service and I wish them every success with their company. Things can go wrong in this life, it is how you put it right that counts.

The best eco friendly deodorant on the market. It is really effective. Definitely the best of all the ones I tried by far

I quite like the toothpaste but the pump container i purchased from them stopped working after a few weeks. In the meantime another order arrived.
I asked them to replace the dispenser. They gave me instructions on how to clean the dispenser (as if it was my fault). It took over a month. And then another order arrived.
I suddenly ended up with about 6 pouches but no way to dispense them. I bought my old toothpaste tubes to keep me going until the new version pump dispenser arrived.
The new 'version 2' pump arrived. By this time I was so frustrated with it all, I decided to cancel my subscriptions.
I've had the 'version 2' dispenser a few weeks now and it too, has failed.
I am now on the lookout for a dispenser that may work so that I can use the 6 pouches of toothpaste sat idley in my bathroom cabinet. I suggest Lufe Supplues do the same, find a company that can supply a dispenser that works for more than 3 weeks.

All was well until this year when they have repeatedly sent me products that I have not ordered. I asked them to stop and they cancelled my subscription. Thought that was the end of it but this morning another notification that they are sending me more unordered products. I am fed up. Lost a customer.

I love the toothpaste, the taste is refreshing without being too minty. After the success of the toothpaste, I decided to try the deodorant, and I love that too!

It was my first order with Life Supplies, as I'm hoping to use less single use plastic. There was an issue with the toothpaste refill. When I asked for a replacement, the response was very quick, no hassle, and they sent a replacement plus a spare within a few days.

Good quality products. Love the fact that we no longer have all that plastic in the bathroom. Lovely service and deodorant smell.

The toothpaste is very nice but the pump is rubbish. The spring seems to have given up so you have to pull the pump up manually. Not fit for purpose and quite disappointing.

Update: as they promised, Life Supplies sent me the updated bottle which I've now been using for a few months and it all works great. Doesn't look quite as nice as the old design as it has a plastic pump, but they do make it in a nice range of colours. Great service from Life Supplies

I have been using the original toothpaste for a while now .
At first I was a little apprehensive due to the cost .
I loved that it arrived with a beautifully designed reusable toothpaste pump that takes pride of place in my bathroom.
The toothpaste sachets are extremely easy to dispense into this
To be totally honest I was not keen on the taste of the product but kept persevering as the last thing I wanted to do was waste it by throwing it away
Well .. I’m so glad I did .
My teeth look incredibly clean and white much sooner than any other toothpaste I have ever used .
The results have been astounding.
Definitely a keeper !

Really great service and subscription options, which allow me to be in control of the delivery timings and my spending. The product, toothpaste, itself is amazing. Feels so gentle and leaves me feeling very clean and productive. Friends have tried and used it also (small samples when we were camping) and loved it also! The fact that it is also helping the environment is the cherry on top of the cake! Everyone wins!

I like the concept and the toothpaste. I think the original toothpaste formula needs a bit of work as sometimes it’s too thick to get up the pump. The pump also needs a bit more spring in it to get back up for a second pump as one is not enough for a brush.

Great tasting toothpaste. The order arrived quickly. The tubes of toothpaste are a perfect size for a short break.

I've been using Life Supplies toothpaste for about three months now and firstly, I think the toothpaste is by far the best toothpaste I have ever used and is better all round compared to all the usual suspects, especially in its ability to clean and leave ones mouth feeling fresh and without residue. Secondly, the fact that the toothpaste refill's are compostable and not plastic, is brilliant. I have the original dispenser which had a few issues but a re-designed dispenser is due out imminently which should resolve these issues and look better that the original one, so I'd wait for this new dispenser before purchasing. You can just order the small toothpaste tubes to try, and I know once you've tried it, you won't want to go back to shop-bought toothpaste in wasteful plastic tubes.

Great products, that are great for the environment and actually work!
We love the toothpaste, my husband uses the eucalyptus deodorant and I use the orange one. The deodorants smell lovely, don't take too long to dry, work well and don't leave marks in the armpits of clothing. We tried several other known brands but they all left marks, we won't be changing!

I started using the Life Supplies roll-on deodorants over a year ago and haven’t looked back since. They really keep me dry and fresh all day and eve. I have found other commercial products cause me to have rashes after a while of use, as though I become allergic but I think they are just too strong and contain the wrong ingredients for me. I love the bottles and they travel so well. The refills last for a long time but that’s ok as I can delay them when I need to. I like both scents so alternate to what I want on the day. These are my favourite go to.
