Ordered a Lily Styler however then read some very negative reviews so contacted them to cancel within 24hrs yet they refused to do so as said it had been shipped yet took weeks to then get to me. Worked well for a few months then the motor failed and over heated. Website is not available any more and comes up saying I’ve been hacked!

Very disappointed with both the product and the lack of customer service. I’ve had mine for just one month, used it twice, and it has already completely stopped working. While I understand manufacturing issues can happen, the fact that I’ve received no response after emailing twice and messaging on Instagram four weeks ago is unacceptable.
I’m commenting here in the hope someone finally responds and so others are aware before spending their money.

I ordered the 5 in 1 multistyler pro back in November and I am still yet to receive it. I have emailed the company several times and also messaged them on their Instagram profile to find out what has happened to my item and had ZERO reply. DO NOT buy anything from this company as you will not receive it and loose your money!! Non existent customer service or support!!

I would rate it as a zero if there was the option. The item took longer to arrive than advertised, is very flimsy, noisy and not fit for purpose. I contacted them 3 times regarding returning it, and in the third email they replied:
Thank you for reaching out! We’ve received your message and will get back to you within 1-2 business days.
This was back in January.

Even 1 star is 1 too many. I ordered the styler advertised on Facebook back in early November 2025 and accidentally clicked for a second one. Total £71.89. Within 1 minute I realised the mistake and tried to cancel it but was told it is automated and cannot be reversed, 'I can cancel and return when receiving the styler' was their reply. It took weeks before it was supposedly to be delivered, the delay was 'due to the massive response'. Then they claimed they did not have the number of where I live so subsequently it was returned to them. I checked their original confirmation and my house number was not on it, even though I gave my FULL address. In order to get the styler I would have to pay £19.95 or 10% off. £19.95?? For their mistake?? Obviously from China. Anyway, after many emails to and fro they stopped replying. I contacted my bank and as I paid with my credit card they fully refunded me. Lilystyler London (they are NOT in London!) now have my money and the goods! Always pay with your credit card!! And I have lost my trust in buying via Facebook, I go straight to a.o. Amazon and look for the same product.
PS: There should be provision for 'minus' stars!!
Total joke of a company
Total joke of a company! I waited approx 3 weeks for the delivery, only for the delivery driver to leave it at the wrong address. Despite all the evidence, we couldn't locate the item and after numerous emails, I received a reply asking if I wanted a replacement or refund. I happily opted for the replacement but it was never dispatched. I have emailed tons of times and am totally ignored now. After requesting a refund, I was again ignored so opened a dispute with my bank and the company has even had the nerve to dispute my claim and refuse my refund!

Nonexistent customer service/returns policy
The actual lilystyler 5 in one product is great, it works well on thick hair and is easy to use.
The issue I had was when I ordered the 'premium leather' box to pop the styler in. The quality was very poor, there were marks over the box, it was dented and clearly not of a premium quality. Trying to return the item was a nightmare that I eventually gave up on. I had emailed them shortly after ordering a product to try and add something to the order, they replied to this email within a day. However emails about returns are very clearly ignored. Multiple emails none of which were responded to, thoroughly disappointed in the service. I emailed about 7-8 times and had no response. It is now well out of the 60 day return window and I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service.
Unless you are sure you do not want to return anything don't buy from here! And would definitely avoid the 'premium leather case'

I ordered one of these on the recommendation of a friend who has bought one. I ordered a few days before Christmas and I still haven't received it. I have tried to contact them multiple times. No response. They seem to have disappeared. Spend your money elsewhere.

I have sent numerous emails filing a complaint - none of which have had a response.
The product is not as described, and its performance does not match the claims advertised on your website.
Your advertising states that the Multi-Styler reduces frizz, adds shine, and provides smooth, healthy-looking results. However, my experience has been the complete opposite. The device overheats excessively, which increases frizz and dryness and makes it unsafe and impractical to use. When overheated, it is impossible to change the attachments without risking burns.
The tool also pulls on my hair, causes breakage, and is overall one of the poorest-performing stylers I’ve used. This is a clear case of false advertising, and the product is not fit for purpose.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products must be:
- as described,
- fit for purpose, and
- of satisfactory quality.
This item fails to meet these standards.

Bought this for my partner for Christmas. Today there were sparks coming from the wire where it attaches to the actual styler. Not happy as it’s only 2 month old and rarely gets used.
