I bought 1 product and they put me in a VIP club when I purchased it.
I have e/m them at least 5 times to cancel but they just send an automated message.
They keep charging me for this but will not cancel me out of this.
Money grabbing.

Rosie hair is just lily styler reinvented because they didn’t honour orders kept the money and tried to take more money my advice is stay away unfortunately I can’t comment on the product because it never arrived even though it was order 5 the dec 2025 shocking service in these times that everyone is taking care of there money . fraudulent behaviour from a company that had rebranded to scam more innocent hard working people

What a joke. The most dishonest company I have ever dealt with.
Every query just gets a standard “we will reply in 1-2 days”.
FRAUD. SCAM. DISHONESTY.
Buyers beware.

My order wasn’t processed. I had to email them to find out what was happening to my order.
I was dealt with extremely promptly by Amy. She responded almost straight away and sorted my order out and it was dispatched to me very quickly.

Really pleased with product light and easy to use..definitely worth the money..also case keeps everything all together..Thank you to Antonia for her help..

Basically it’s but nothing to write home about. Nothing wow. Positives it dries hair quite quickly, but when using the attachments the air bows up the attachments making hair look frizzy when trying to style it as it blows out of the brush so you have to hold the tip of your hair to hold it in the attachment or it doesn’t stay in the attachment it just blows out of it making hair go frizzy.
hair needs oil or serum after to smoothe the hair down. Nice heat it’s not too hot which is good for the hair but curls lasted about 30 mins then went completely straight even with hairspray. That’s because like the Dyson the heat isn’t hot enough to hold curls. The best attachments to smoothe hair are the wands but the curls don’t last. I chose it more for the sound as it advertised it to be quiet and I suffer with sound sensitivity but it’s horrendously noisy I have to wear ear plugs. Very very loud.
I gave it 1stars as it’s ok. I think the £39 price is right for what you get I wouldn’t pay anymore for it. It took ages to arrive but I was updated and given a 10% discount code due to how long it took so they were aware of it. Definitely not next day delivery. I wouldn’t recommend it and wouldn’t buy another.

I received my hairdryer as a retired hairdresser I knew as soon as I opened it that it was any good for my short hair even though I had asked that question before I bought it I sent it back in March but still haven’t had a refund despite being told it would be sent
I’m thinking this must be a scam

They have taken my money (confirmed by my PayPal account), sent me no order confirmation by email, their web site says I have no order pending, no goods have turned up, and no response to complaint I sent by email. Will have to get the transaction reversed and also report Rosie Hair for fraud I think.

I have been dealing with the lovely Justina who has dealt with my enquiry quickly and efficiently. She has been friendly and kept up communication and chased my delivery. Can't wait to use my lovely new products and see what the fuss is about and hopefully be another happy customer.

It looks a good quality product on inspection, im a hairdresser myself so hoping it'll work well on some of my clients & family .
It's good on my own hair as I have a short bob hairstyle so I'll be looking forward to trying on my daughters long hair to try the hair wrap tool .

1 star is being generous.
Took ages to arrive. Have sent numerous emails. Nobody gets back to you. Hair dryer isn't that powerful and the curling tool isn't great either.
Non existent customer service. They take your money and you don't hear anything from the if you wish to contact them.
Waste of money!! Do not buy!!

This is exactly the same as the lily styler which received many bad reviews. The company have just put the same product under a different name. With the previous brand name they sold to people then disappeared, deleting their website and not replying to emails. Does not arrive next day as advertised it takes 2 weeks as it comes from China. Cheap product don’t pay full price and beware that their website could disappear at any time.

Ordered the portable heated hair brush a month a go. Took ages to arrive, I finally have it, but the pouch never arrived and the brush is of poor quality....it barley works and the battery life is poor - constantly needs charging. I clicked to request the free vip offer, but they then automatically signed me up for a monthly fee which I had to email many times to rectify. Over a month later I am still trying to get information on how I can return and get a refund....AVOID!!!

5 in 1 multistyler finally arrived today - took a long time. Box wasn't in a great state. Opened and tested to make sure it works - it feels very cheap (thank god I didn't pay their full price as definitely not worth it!!). I haven't styled my hair with it yet.

Bought this for my partner in February, today she informs me it sound as if something has broken inside, there’s definitely something inside rattling when you shake it, no contact info in booklet, went on to website to try and contact, no contact information only buy or subscribe to news letter. Be careful what you buy if it goes wrong your stuck with it.

Great customer service from Justina. Haven’t received product yet so can’t comment on that but 5/5 to Justina for her response to my query

So far so good! From the use so far, I'm happy. It isn't a Dyson & I didn't expect it to be as effective & for the price it's worth it. I had to contact customer service with a query & they replied the same day.
