I have received my order of a beautiful bathrob and some lovely grey towels.
the quality is second to none the bathrobe is so luxurious and the bath towels so very soft to touch my last order was bedding the bedding along with the bathrobe and towels are the best I have ever experienced the quality is amazing thank you lock lomond
the packaging was also amazing so much attention to detail and with the beautiful packaging also presented in a lovely box .
just amazing again thank you so much for producing such quality and luxurious products.
I will be making further orders in the near future

Not sure where my pyjamas came from, but it wasn’t The Linen Company. Firstly the order didn’t come together (two seperate items), which was a bit odd.. secondly, it’s very clear a tag has been cut form the inside collar of the pyjama shirt as it was a straight across cut - there is now no tag at all on the pyjamas. Thirdly even the packaging it came in felt cheap and trashy.

When I received the order notification my order was shipped, I actually had reported the email as spam (and took a while to get to Aus, I had forgotten I had even ordered it). The email address was noreply @ notice.imile.com and the order was from ‘Yuntu’ … Not impressed overall with the shopping and shipping experience. Pyjamas feel nice enough, but the overall experience has affected how I feel them. There’s little attention to detail on them (ie a draw string on the pants) and overall it feels cheap.

Don’t recommend it honestly. Spend the same amount and get something of quality elsewhere.

The quality of the linen is very luxurious and gorgeous,I ordered set of 3 bedding, pillowcases, duvet cover & fitted sheet such good value for the quality..
Also came beautifullly packed in a lovely box so pretty..I will defo order again and it would make a fabulous gift for someone too!

Just received my first order, not sure but it wasn't the same colour or as luxurious as the photo l shall be returning my order as the colour is not true what more can I say

i bought the superking feather and down quilt duvet in October. i used the Duvet but found the feather were leaking out of the duvet at an unacceptable level. i have always used a feather and down duvets for the family for the last 30 years and had never experienced anything like this. During the night feather would come through the duvet and cover and i would feel them sticking in me. i had to vacuum the bedroom each time i took the cover off to wash it due to the amount of feather loss. when i contacted the company i received a very dismissive poor response. this was the description of the item on their site. Finished in a 100% Microfibre cambric feather-proof cover, with a square cassette / box construction to ensuring that the feathers stay in place while the cloth walls eradicate cold spots. this was their response. It is commonly known that small feathers do find and filter their way out of the casing especially if it is produced with a thin lining material and are not regularly fluffed and turned to circulate the feathers.

Feathers have stems on them and can sometimes force the fabric to part allowing the feather to escape, the thicker the material casing the less likely the feathers are to pop out.

Lying on the product in one place for too long will aid the feather to find it's way out of the pillow, if you have bought a low thread count product I would suggest that you use a zipped thicker pillow/mattress/duvet protector to help keep the feathers inside. i have since replaced this product with another feather and down duvet which isn't losing feathers poor quality product.

I placed an order back in September for my daughter's wedding. My credit card was promptly charged but I never received my order! I tried contacting the company by phone-no answer, left messages-no answer, and by email-no response. I even filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they did not respond to the letter they sent! I still want my money back!
