We ordered from you almost a year ago and you keep lying to us that it is in manufacturing in january and will be done in 6 weeks it is now June and we still get no reply or contact from your company the phone rings to nobody picking up and your sales representive Tyla in Dubai branch is not answering the phone or any messages. What is this scam company you are running stealing people's money and then not replying is completely not acceptable for a business next time if you cannot make the product do not make people pay for it.

All of our items are bespoke and made to order. Due to the high volume and wide range of designs we offer, it is not possible to have every style physically available in our showroom for viewing prior to ordering.

Absolute joke!
I received my order 2 months late
To the wrong address
Product was unfinished (half painted drawers)
Product was damaged (chip out of a drawer and marks on a drawer)
Service was poor things I was told were passed on and put in place weren’t.
We were stung with an unexpected bill of £300 for delivery and assembly after paying £5000 for our order. There was nothing upon ordering this furniture that said we would need to pay such a big lump sum.
I have emailed about the damages and no reply, would not use this company again
Only good thing was the joiners that come to assembly the furniture and the delivery guy.

The service was awful, the communication was terrible me and some of my friends placed orders duvet set and they completely did something else , and when they send me the picture I was socked and told them my concern and they were just rude and wanted to cancel my order , I was in one week away from having my baby and they put me through so much stress , horrible customer service they did that with all my friends please take this in consideration if you want to buy from them , my friend bought the cot that £3000 and they even do that wrong
