The delivery is really fast. The prices are good but could be great as i am 30 mins from Bistervillage which is cheaper.

I rarely feel the need to post negative reviews but this company must be called out for their actions. I, like the previous poster, was a competition winner and have had nothing but issues with Linvelles. It took 6 months for them to realise that they would not be able to provide the original prize offered then they offered vouchers...fantastic I thought but still had a bad gut feeling, I ordered 2 items and guess what...only 1 of the 2 (the cheaper one) arrived. Their 'contact us' option is woeful and 4 attempts from me to get a response from customer services sees me at this point. I am fortunate in the fact that I have not lost my own money but I am extremely concerned about how this company is being run. At no point was I alerted to the fact items had been dispatched and also that there was any stock issues, reputable companies dealing with designer goods keep the customer informed with emails and alerts. The items were received in a cheap plastic mail bag with no paperwork inside so again nothing to verify what had been sent. Before ordering from this company make sure you do your research!

I have never done a bad review about any company this is the first one ever. I won a bag in a competition 4 months ago I have yet to receive this bag I have had email after email saying they are dealing with it. I have stopped contacting them now what an unreliable mis leading Company certainly not a Company to trust I would sure never purchase any product with them. I will be putting a review on social media next to inform people what type of Company they are purchasing products from.

Extremely poor service. A company offering "luxury" brands but are yet to master luxury business or service. I would not recommend this company.

My first time using Linvelles and it will definitely be my last. I placed an order for a Gucci bag and paid extra for special delivery for 1-4 working days. After 4 days the item had not arrived and tracking had not been updated. I contacted customer services and was told the item would be dispatched the same day and be delivered on day 5 and my special delivery fee would be refunded as the item did not arrive within 1-4 days. I was happy with this resolution and once again waited for the item to be delivered. However, it did not arrive. After 7 days I attempted to contact customer service but for 3 days it was going straight to voicemail and not ringing. On the 10th day I emailed customer service to ask for an update and I received a reply to say there was shipping issues between Italy and the UK and they cannot give an estimated delivery date therefore the whole item has been refunded to my account. (Didn't even give me an option to wait for delivery, regardless of how long it might take, they just refunded me regardless which makes me question if the actual item was even available in stock to begin with?!)

Unsure why I was told on day 4 it would be delivered on day 5 but then on day 10 to be told its not even in the UK yet and I can't have the item at all! My basic math skills tell me something doesn't add up there.

I was also suspicious regarding my calls to customer service constantly going straight to voicemail, so I attempted a call from my work phone with a different phone number and to my surprise, it rang every time (although with no answer) but when placing calls on my normal phone it was still going to voicemail. Highly suspicious and I wouldn't recommend this company at all. I'm not a business woman but a little transparency with regards to delays, delivery options for items outside of the UK would be a start. It seems they just want to take your money without considering transparency, honesty and how to provide good customer service.

Extremely disappointed! The stitching of the gucci bag was literally coming off. It was described as 'new' but this was far from it! Still waiting for a refund/exchange since I have already sent the bag back to them.
