THEY ARE A SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. I subscribed to a year long subscription and have not received anything for the past 5 months. the only response i've gotten is "we'll send this to our shipping department" and after several follow ups, they have stopped responding completely. get ipsy instead, they're reliable.

I pay for four months of lip monthly and only got one its been six months still waiting for my lip monthly I'm going to report them to the better business bureau I don't have money to just give out

Liars! I received a broken palette in my July box which I got around the 10th. I sent them an email on the 13th then on the 16th they said they made an order for my replacement palette. It is now August 17th and still nothing! No responses to the 5 additional emails and 3 dms on Instagram!! I have the order number for the replacement it just has never shipped! This company is sketchy at the least! Other things in my bag were expired and I didn't even complain about that! They do not give a crap about their customers! It's like once they get your $$$ they are done with you! WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED!!

I would give them 0 stars if possible they have been taking my money for the last 4 months and have not fulfilled my orders, then when you contact them they just tell you, you have to wait which is extremely frustrating!!!!!!

They never shipped my huge bundle I ordered and every time I wrote to them they just kept saying they’d contact shipping. Never got it. Therefore this is theft. They just don’t write back at this point.
The monthly orders are cheap and not worth it either

I got a cheap lip chap, department store eyeshadow, some weird brown stick and dollar store quality nail stickers. It says lip products and for $20 after shipping wasn’t worth the postage

I got the first order of all bright reds so they do not follow your choices at all. For the second and third-order I paid for in June and July I contacted customers service because I have never received any of the orders I have paid for! AFTER READING THE REVIEWS THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT OF MONEY! UNDER TRACKING THEY HAVE NOT EVEN PROCESSED IT YET! THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!

I'm reporting LM to the Better Business Bureau BBB as a scam! I have never received any of my order to date! DON'T SUBSCRIBE DONATE TO A USEFUL CAUSE INSTEAD! I ONLY REGRET NOT READING THE REVIEWS PRIOR TO SUBSCRIBING! KARMA IS A B____ & THEY WILL GET THERE'S IN THE END BASED ON THE BAD REVIEWS!!!

FYI they are saying they are using Ship Station which seems to be a reputable company for shipping yet upon contacting Ship Station was informed LM only uses their company’s software and that they don’t actually ship anything! Funny because LM told me that they would send an email to Ship Station about why my order hasn’t arrived after receiving a confirmation email two weeks ago! I informed Ship Station that LM is going to ruin their company’s reputation and that they should reconsider letting them use their company name as a front and an excuse for their fraudulent activities!

This company Lip Monthly is awful!
They take your money and never send your package. Thieves are what they are

Order 3 Mother's Day gift bags in March. We are in June 2021 and I still have not received any bag, send a message to customer service and they answered that they did not give a refund and had to wait until the bags arrived. I will not order from this imposters again. Lady's Horrible Do not order from lip monthly

Placed my first order in December. Thought I had cancelled but ended up only skipping a month and paid for February’s bag. Still waiting for delivery. Multiple emails “thank you for your patience. We are working on it” etc. Totally money scam. I have requested my money back for the last 4 emails but no response. They win keep my $20 CAD but forget my damn email and stop spamming me!
Not worth it. Crumple you money and throw it on to the street. Same value

Well I got a bag I've already had before and I'm still missing my march bag and the bundle I just paid 52.00 for

I was previously subscribed to Lip Monthly and canceled due to the increasingly low quality of the products that were being put into their monthly bags. A while later, I took them up on their emailed offer to rejoin at $5 for the first month. Honestly, with the quality of the products, this bag should never cost any more than $5. So I rejoined at $5 for three first month, which was just last month. I'm pretty sure that I'm going to cancel my subscription again, though. When there are low quality products and brands in my bag, I feel like I got jipped out of my money. Only occasionally will there be decent products in a bag. More often than not, the bag is cheap. I really wanna love Lip Monthly, but it's gotta step up its game for real.

This is by far the worst company ever! Do not order from them because you will only get a partial order and they will keep your money and never respond to emails! I am reporting them to the BBB and filing a claim! This is not how you run a business! Y'all suck!

I'm Really Happy With The Makeup & The Bag , You Definitely Improved From Awhile Ago When I Used To Get It

I’m not impressed with this company at all. They got two stars from me because I love lip products. So it’s fun to get 5 lip items every month. BUT it takes forever to get h them. I get an email saying the items shipped. They don’t actually arrive until 2-4 weeks after that. Plus they never ship on time. For example: January’s box wasn’t shipped until February. I was given a years subscription for my birthday so I’m stuck with this company until October....or December depending on when everything ships lol

Do not purchase from this company. They have charged me for 2 months so far and I haven't received any of my purchases the website ever shows unfulfilled in shipping. No one returns you message. I have already sent 2 this week and canceled subscription. Going this week to file dispute with my bank and file claim through BBB hopefully that will get someone to answer a message and refund my account.

Negative stars!!! No one returns messages no one replies to emails!!! Your company is terrible!!! Worst customer service and you do not get the merchandise you pay for! Worst is they charge you and you never receive it!!! All I want is the two months I paid for I have asked to cancel after that and I want a refund!!! I would not use them!!!
