I toured this room two weeks ago went along with the application process and followed the process they gave me. I needed a guarantor so my bf agreed to also send them his info. During the week I hadn’t heard anything. I called I texted and reached out. My bf sent 3 emails. Later in the week they responded that they could not find his email. So he messaged them directly and offered to send it another way. Unfortunately they were un able to help. I called to clarify last night all of a sudden they found the information. I was set to put down a down payment and move in. They responded with the room was taken and tried to sell me another room potentially not even in the same location. I have been fighting back and forth with this company for two weeks. Anyone moving to NYC avoid this company.

I ordered 3 pieces from this company. 2 of the pieces arrived as I ordered but shipping was due upon delivery? I tried to contact the company twice and recieved no response. The third piece came weeks later, again with a fee due upon receipt but was not something I ordered. Disaster. Plus $20 more than expected. Would caution you from buying here

Estafa total, hoy 13 de diciembre 2022 recibo reloj comprado a esa firma ( Breitling premier B01 ) por importe contrareembolso de 60 euros, no siendo ni por casualidad ni parecido al solicitado, el recibido no llega a ser ni una burda copia del solicitado. El email que aparece en la página (no recibe, ni existe, no sé dónde reclamar esta estafa.

Fatal es una estafa yo compré en la página de tiktok y no ponen ningún número de contacto ni nada y no es lo mismo que en la foto y aún por encima no puedes devolverlo ,fatal no lo recomiendo son unos estafadores

Terrible service sent wrong size and colour then said we could keep that item and we could have $20 money off next order. I explained that this was not acceptable as the trousers ordered were $34.17 so we would be paying in excess for the same item, with no guarantees that the next order would be what we wanted. Have heard nothing since. The items are poor quality and not worth the asking price. Will never use this company again.

Order completely wrong... can't return it took so long to get here.. please do save your money and buy somewhere else.

Absolutely infuriating. I've ordered 3 items from them, they didn't look like they were supposed to, the shorts were wayyy smaller and also dirty (the button was covered in rust). I also ordered a peach shirt and after 2 months of waiting they tell me that order is cancelled and that they gave me a refund, which it never happened. Horrible customer support, they don't even try to solve your problems. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, even though their stuff might seem cute, it's not, please don't waste your money on this crap.

Liveliky sent me 2 orders the wrong size and 1 order that was not even the same as the one pictured. You cant return anything, but they will give you a coupon as an apology where you have to spend a lot more than the coupon value. Truly a terrible store.

Awful, horrible merchandise. Complete scam. Save your money and the headache. They will not give a return label, stopped answering my emails. This is a scam store with the worst quality merchandise. Don't do it!

Buyers be aware and don’t order from this site. They are scammers and lie about your order. Poor quality and horrible customer service! They don’t deserve 1 star but that’s the least I could rate. They are located in another country not in the US. Total scammers scamming innocent people!!!

Very unhappy

I ordered a pair of jeans and two shirts. All the products looked different to what was advertised, and I can see now that the obviously stole the product pictures from somewhere. The jeans are still cute, and pretty good quality, as are the shirts, but their quality is worse.

Clothes with terrible material, really seriously cheap stuff. They say their sizing is on the smaller size, we ordered 2 sizes up and it was still too small, plus the bad cheap material. They sent our order all separately. 1 arrived in time, the other took us 4mths chasing it. Found it on the floor of a courier because Liveliky didn't put our phone number on it so the courier couldn't call me and Liveliky said there was nothing they could do about it. Had to demand a refund for the other. They refused to refund the lot, we didn't want it as it was far too small (remember we got 2 sizes up) and crap material. TERRIBLE!! DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!

I ordered jean shorts from there and the buttonhole was sewn shut?? This was mostly my fault, but I ended up cutting my finger when cutting a hole inside... lol. And the other pants I ordered were pretty bad quality and the sizing was weird.

They sent incorrect items. They then could not provide the items I ordered because they were sold out. They refused to provide a refund and responded repeatedly with the same generic email. They incorrect items they sent were essentially trash. This business is clearly a scam.

Admitted fault at sending the wrong item. Wouldn't send a prepaid label and would only refund in full if sent the item back. As the item was disgusting I would love to send it back, however it cost more than the full refund to send it back. DO NOT BUY. The item that I did receive was such poor quality, I don't even want to wear it.

This is not quite a review but more of a question. I ordered about a month ago and thought by now i should have gotten my order. And i thought ‘this site is probably a scam’ so i searched on Liveliky on Google and now i see that it is a scam!! My question is: is there a way to get my money back? I’m very worried that They maybe have my card number and that They can mistreat it.

Never again! Please do not order at this incredible bad online warehouse! We ordered 3 Sweatshirts for a pretty high price. One of them was a bad double print! No store in the world would sell that garbage! As a result of of many emails they offered us to send it back to China on our own cost without any guarantee to get a new one or alternative a small voucher for another shopping. They don't send return tickets. They write E-Mails after E-Mails until you loose any interest to stay in contact with this worst Company ever. Nobody should never take that risk! Take your fingers off. Go to good stores! But please don't order at Liveliky as you will loose time and money and stay back deeply disappointed.
