Scam. If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered jeans and they were all sewn shut where you are supposed to button. They tried to tell me to get them fixed.. pay more for jeans that I also told them don't fit. When I asked for a return address, they gave me an address in China. International shipping.. no way! The package came from California. I'm SOL on this order and jeans are going in the fire pit. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Basically, just a scam.

Products arrived and the quality was appalling. Have been trying to get them returned for about 2 weeks, and they simply won't give a straight answer and provide return details. First they tried to insist I needed to provide various photos of the products which I refused to do; then they tried to convince me to keep the products for a $12 voucher. Now they're on some other diversionary tactic. 10 emails later and I still don't have return details from them.

I have another purchase with them that wasn't in stock at the time and I've been trying to cancel that at the same time. Again, they've just been stalling me for 10 emails - and now they've told me its "too late" the products have shipped. Although I need to allow 20 days for delivery.

Essentially I've discovered at my own expense as many others have that these guys are scammers, products are awful if they appear at all, and zero chance of money back.

Next step is lodging a complaint with my bank and claiming via chargeback.

Très mauvaise qualité, pas la taille demandée. Du 3XXL au lieu de L ! Couleurs horribles, pas du tout comme sur les photos. Le noir est en fait un vert kaki horrible. Et bien sûr pas de retour lorsque je demande un échange ou un remboursement. Déplorable ! Grosse arnaque ! Surtout n'achetez pas sur ce site... A vos risques et périls !

Malgré cela, Liveliky ne prend pas en charge les frais de retour (41€). Service client absent. Ne répond pas aux questions.

First I received the items which were too big, although I ordered them according to the size table, then I asked to send them back and replace them, and the only thing they agree is that I will repurchase them for 66% of the original cost. Then I agreed, because my kid still wanted the items, and when I asked them how can I do that they just ignored me, although I sent them several mails.

Horrible product and customer service! Do not order anything from this company! I ordered 2 “knit” sweaters and they sent one which is a polyester sweatshirt!! Still waiting on the second but they did confirm it’s the same material! They will not pay to ship this garbage back which is unacceptable. Total false advertising!

This is a scam company! I am in the UK. I ordered a midi length green french style dress for my daughters birthday, and after spending £35 on the dress and £10 postage 18 days later I received a long, down to the floor grey 'kind of' dress 'thing' in very cheap material that bore no resemblance whatsoever to the dress I ordered. I tried emailing the company with the address they gave on their website but of course, it bounced straight back (as I had started to guess it would). I then came straight over to Trustpilot as I should have done right at the start, and low and behold they are a scam company by others reviews also.
I have since done a bit more research under the other name of Order Plus that they also go by, and sure enough, there are more reviews of these scammers.

The odd thing is, it's all set up so legitimately with proper order details and regular delivery updates, returns policies etc. one could be easily fooled.
I am normally quite savvy with these types of things and I'm just annoyed that because their website and their policies etc looked fine it didn't occur to me to check.

Liveliky - if you see this review you should be ashamed of yourselves. You are nothing more than thieves!

Ordered a medium shirt from Extratopia. Came as an XL. Their response: “sorry, maybe give it as a gift? Unless you wanna pay extra to have it shipped back and go through all that trouble”

Interesting enough, I ordered through Extratopia but then when I opened my order it goes to Aromiya and when you click on their Instagram it goes to Liveliky

I ordered 4 pants that do not look anything like the ones advertised, the material is really weird and extremely baggy, and my long-sleeved vintage printed sweatshirt didn’t arrive. The email they provide on their websites for returns is not active, and the only email that works service@liveliky .com has a customer service person called Mark Robin who does not respond very often. Until now I don’t know how to return the items, because he simply didn’t answer my simple question, and I paid extra for an item that never arrived.

Such a horrible and disrespectful service.

absolute scam. Low quality screenprint of what I ordered. It was literally like an image of the sweater I wanted was printed onto a very cheap sweatshirt.

No way to refund, because their help email replies with an error auto message

Never order anything from them! They fool me and do not want to return money back.

Wish my sister and I found more reviews at the time we ordered. :// Took 2+ months to arrive and the quality is terrible for its price. Cheap material with cheap designs and it looks almost nothing like what is advertised. We ordered on Liveliky but there are multiple websites under different names that have the same format and everything. Seems like a scam more than anything. Photos are probably not even theirs. Hope more people see this and report them or not order at all, wouldn’t want anyone else to waste their time and money on this “online store”.

I ordered form liveliky in September and they it took 2 months to get to me (I live in The Netherlands). The jeans I got look fine quality (still have to see what happens if I wash them) but the print on it is kind of weird. The sweatshirt I got was supposed to be a cotton blend but turned out to be a synthetic fabric. I think they use pictures from someone else and then recreate the clothes worse. It's not the worst in the world and I will still wear the clothes but if I had known this I would not have bought from this website. I also wouldn't recommend spending your money on this, it's better spent elsewhere. There were no reviews available when I looked so hope this helps some people.

Wish that I saw the previous review before I ordered from them... The material of the retro shorts is completely different and I don't even think it should be legal that they are fooling consumers like this.

This is a scam. Please don’t waste your money like I did. Liveliky is just aromiyafamily but they changed their name because they were getting reported so much. The pictures they use to advertise are from different clothing companies. I ordered 40 dollar denim striped “vintage” shorts and two months later I got the most awful quality synthetic shorts I’ve ever seen. Completely different from what was advertised, different colors and laughably horrible material. I’m not very picky about materials, and usually don’t care, but these “vintage denim” shorts were practically swimsuit material. After contacting them multiple times trying to get info to return them and get a refund, they responded saying I had to do a ton of tedious stuff and then return the shorts and pay for shipping. I did it, because forty dollars is forty dollars, and never heard from them again. No refund, no email responses. Now they’ve deleted their email and changed their name to livelikyfamily, and I DAILY get their stupid ads I always report on Instagram. They delete any comments left on their pictures because people are always commenting about it being a scam. Please don’t buy from them.
