I've been buying the coconut and rapeseed wax (20kg box) for 18 months now.

Livemoor are a reliable supplier, I've never had an issue. The wax quality is consistent and my candles are coming out perfect.

Product purchased: Kings Coronation Crackers

I purchased two sets of these crackers for the residents of the nursing home I work in. Obviously I can not use the jokes provided for the Kings Coronation as jokes are 90% about his recently deceased mother and would in anybody’s view be in extreme poor taste. I complained to livemoor and they are processing a full refund. They did not apologise for miss selling this product, this was their reply

Hi there Apologies for this misunderstanding, the jokes are intended to be Royal related and therefore may contain jokes related to the Queen. If you are still unhappy with these, we are more than happy to issue you with a refund at this time.

Product is clearly labelled as Queens Platinum Jubilee, not Kings Coronation as advertised. I object to being told I misunderstood and believe Livemoor are clearly trying to deceive their customers to clear old stock.

I suffer with PTSD and was advised to take up a hobby to help with the recovery so decided on candle making. I came across this companies products on Amazon but didn't have a clue what I needed to order so after finding their website I called them and an extremely helpful and patient chap explained exactly what I needed and advised on how to use it so I placed an order which arrived a couple of days later. The Wax was well packaged, good quality and exactly as the person who I spoke to described it. I have continued to use this company and have had no issues with either the products or delivery. Highly recommended.

For my first order, I ordered coconut oil, 12.5kg, on a Thursday evening. It was delivered first thing the following Monday. I requested the MSDS for it, which was sent through the next working day. The cost of the oil was very good, and it is food grade. Overall I am very pleased with my first shopping experience, and will certainly use Livemoor again.

I love everything about this company. The products are great and reasonably priced, the delivery is always quick and products packed with care and without usless plastic. Its my number 1 supplier and I'm so glad that I discovered it!

We have bought beeswax from Livemoor on several occasions. Every order arrived within a few days with lovely clean wax at a reasonable price. I intend to buy again when we need more.

Bought bees wax pellets from LiveMoor, on recommendation, for making food wraps. Ordering was straight forward and I have no complaints about the service and speed of delivery.

I have ordered from this company several times now and every time I've had excellent service. The ordering process is easy and every order has arrived in good time. Mainly I order wicks, wax & scents. The wicks have all burned cleanly and the scents have all worked well in the container candles & melts I make. I've tried several different waxes and although some are better than others, I can't really complain.
Free delivery is a real bonus, especially when ordering 5kg of wax!
