Continuous issues with this company doing their job. Paperwork was submitted at 3:00 p.m. it is now 5:00 a.m the next day and it's still hasn't been processed or even put into their system. This has happened multiple times now. I have contacted them multiple times and all they say is oh we have escalated the issue. I honestly do not care if you have escalated the issue You are wasting 15 hours of my day my money and my life for something that you should have done. I don't know why it's so hard for people to just do their jobs.

We have been working with Livingstone since the dark days of COVID and cannot fault them. Comprehensive product range, highly competitive pricing, excellent customer service and fulfilment. They provide and deliver products to all our offices across Australia and never a hitch.

For years, Tracey at the Lansdowne office has been there looking out for us.

Impossible to get through to them on the phone. They seem to think customers' time has no value. Such arrogant incompetence. I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.

Their services agreement states that Livingston International have and take no responsibility for any errors or resulting damages as all responsibility for filings, payments, actions taken, etc. lay with the client - and their performance and knowledge of import customs and duties fully reflect and comply with that clause.

You have a couple of amazing release agents Anita Condon and Jailani Rozina. They both go above and beyond to help in any way possible. They are greatly appreciated.

Good communication. Helpful when we have made a mistake. Always friendly.

Branch 451 does good work and is top of their game. Melissa is truly one out of a million she always helps out when needed the most and stays on top of all matters until they are resolved by the one of the nicest people I have gotten a chance to speak with.

Nicole Brabrant and the team from Branch 445 at Livingston do an amazing job for us every day. Nicole always keeps us in the loop if there are issues with our PARS and always jumps on our loads right away to make sure that things get processed quickly so our drivers can keep moving. She is great to work with!!!! Even if Nicole can't help us with an issue she gets us in touch with the people that can so we can keep things running smoothly. When Nicole is off Penny and Lisanne step up to the plate and get our paperwork cleared very quickly too. We love working with Branch 445!

We have worked with Livingston for imports to Canada for many years. The Team assigned to our Company go above and beyond for our company and our shipments. My hat goes off to Nichole Brabant and the Branch 445 Livingston Team. Any issues that arise, they are on it immediately to help resolve said issues. No matter how big or small the issue.

Branch 451 Sarnia team is a great group of people, they are always willing to help and go beyond their expectations to assist with any issue. I have been dealing with this office for over 9 years and they are pleasant, professional and personable, I have created an excellent relationship with everyone on the team!

The team at Branch 445 Livingston go above and beyond to get shipments cleared into Canada with minimal delay. Very helpful for an LTL carrier that does daily and frequent crossings!

The staff at Livingston at Branch 445 are a amazing. We deal with Nichole almost daily, but the rest of the staff are equally awesome. Nichole is always quick to get back to us if there is an issue, works with us to resolve any issues and always processes transactions speedy quick. She maintains communication at all times. Thanks for letting me talk about Oldcastle/Branch 445. I cannot count the number of times they have stepped up and stepped in to resolve issues for our mutual clients over the past several years. Any time we need anything they are literally a phone call away and ready to help immediately... literally immediately, we have resolutions not in a day, not in hours but literally in minutes, the amount of time and stress they save all of us can't be measured. From the moment she answered, she was incredibly professional, empathetic, and efficient. Mary-Ann listened patiently to my issue and quickly understood the situation. Thanks to Mary-Ann's exceptional assistance, my issue was resolved seamlessly and expeditiously.
