Everyone has been very helpful and professional when dealing with any query that I have. Particularly I had an issue with delivery of my medications, I spoke to Joe ( one of the customer service provider) on phone call and he was able to resolve the issue quite efficiently. Great work 👍🏻

Nurse Jade / an Angel in disguise
My meditation was delivered to my door at the said time by a courteous delivery driver. Nurse Jade made it all look so doable. She was patient, she took her time & clearly explained how everything worked. From the sharps box, the wipes & cottonwool & my injection pen. She was both knowledgeable & approachable for me to ask questions. Which I did.

I received help from a call handler Joe who was very helpful & he was able to ensure that my medication would arrive in time

I spoke to Joe today to arrange my next delivery and he was extremely nice and professional. I asked him about getting a smaller sharps bin ( I've asked before and been told there's no choice), he talked through all the options and helped me choose one that would fit in my medical cupboard.
