I was really excited to order my Inzer belt after a few recommendations from my friends about loaded lifting. Unfortunately i was only met with disappointment. It has been 3-4 months since i’ve placed the order, no updates, and they don’t even answer my calls. I even went for the plain black one for an estimated arrival time of a month. I feel completely let down, and definitely would not recommend buying any products from this place, because you will be waiting for a really long time, it’s not worth it. Better off just to buy straight from Inzer/direct supplier instead.

Customer service was awesome, especially noting as I'm moving before my order could be completed, the team were super awesome in making sure my order will still arrive!

Always deliver order products and always within the expected time frames. If you want them to leave it without a signature make sure you note that as otherwise you will need to collect from your local post office if you aren't home

Faulty product not refunded. I had a massage gun, granted it was over a year but I hardly used it and it stopped working, the management were not willing to fix, replace, or help me out at all. Very poor service and aftercare.

Good product, I made a mistake in my order for one of my items they accepted my return and organised a different product with no hassle. Thanks Guys.

I have purchased a number of things through loaded lifting, all of which I am finding extremely useful and of a high standard. Will continue to buy through Loaded Lifting whenever I need something new

Warning: avoid this shop.

My experience: backorder took 2 months more than their ETA time. the only response I got was: t&c says its not our fault to be more than ETA. yeah the shop is smart right? they add that in the t&c you idiot customers why you dont read.

Ok thats not the worst, the poor product quality is what beyond my imagination. This is what a plate looks like after 9 months of my purchase (cannot post image link here sorry). They were badly twisted simply by left on the ground with weight bar for two weeks.

The response I got for that was: it is your fault of usage. By leaving your plates in garage (not in your warm bed I guess) so in some extreme wether condition(I live in Sydney and now is Spring time) that will happen, that is your fault, not covered by our warranty. It is your fault, your fault!

You may see their replies here to offer you voucher. As long as they make excuses to not cover by warranty, you have to pay the expensive delivery fee yourself. Are you gonna pay that and see their product broken in another few months?

If you read here, you know you should just walk away from this shop. Don't ruin your mental health with them and have a good day is important.

Every time I go to Loaded Lifting, the customer service and team are amazing they make sure you have what you need & answer any question’s when asked.
Hands down best place to get my powerlifting and gym equipment in Perth.

A bit loose on the toe box for me. Otherwise, it is lightweight and flexible for deadlifts.
