Lobsters were pretty lively for being on ice packs in a cooler for 25 hrs! Regular FedEx driver delivered and we cooked them right away and had an amazing Lobstah dinnah!

Lobsters are excellent healthy on arrival kicking their tales and holding up their claws (5 pounders). I have ordered lobsters for years and no one in the business is as good as Lobsters on line.
My costly mistakes remedied by great service
I made several costly mistakes on my order. I ordered twice what I wanted and put the wrong date for my delivery. I brought the problems to Ms Martin in the office who quickly corrected them and assured me in a very possitive way that all was well.
Shipping was great and on time
Shipping was great and on time. Lobsters were in great shape. I think I cooked just a little too long, so any toughness was my fault. Instructions on steaming could be a little clearer. 2" of water in my lobster pot ended up boiling them instead of steaming them. I think I need a large steamer basket. Instructions on how to "crack them open" were right on.

Poor packaging by FedEx
The lobsters were all at the bottom of the styrofoam package, on top of one another, when delivered. They were not separated from one another by the cardboard (reminiscent of what separates wine bottles), which I assume was the intent. Result: 2 of 10 were inedible when served 10/18/25 even after refrigeration. Company needs to hold FedEx accountable. Company needs to tell buyers the lobsters should be enjoyed the day they are delivered. The 8 we had were excellent!
