They will scam you! They will sell your information

My project manager Mark S Wilson, was very pushy, rude and unprofessional. I was to pay $60 originally then after i pd and approved the project Mark tried to sell me a $250 package. Then he said additional 100 so ti much to write. They are an awful company and a ripoff. Never use them.

They took from us $22,500 and they company is gone not answering us for Trademark and the USPTO for trademark told us all our applications are worthless and we have to do the work again, the guy was with Indian accent With the name of Alex Wilson (For sure fake name) good luck and stay away

I signed up to this company to create a logo. They requested payment immediately before I even discussed anything with a team member so I decided not to go forward with this as it felt sketchy. I signed up and misspelled my name as I did so, not usually a massive problem but ever since I signed up I have been receiving scam/spam text messages up to five times a day to my personal mobile phone with the same missed spelling of my name. This company will sell your data for a profit

The service is horrible, they are not detailed oriented and take forever to make changes and do them correctly! Wow save your dollars and go to a more credible company they need to be shut down immediately!!

I am very satisfied with the service I received from Logo Affinity. They were prompt in their responses and I am satisfied with the revisions I requested. I would use them again.

Working with Logo Affinity and specifically Austin W., was a wonderful experience. Austin was very responsive and patient with me as we went through many different designs and edits.

Just received my logo files. It's a thrilling moment. Logo Affinity does great work. I gave them 5 stars because of the great work they do. BUT!!!! I did speak with them about being upfront with all of the services that they offer and the cost of those services. They offered to copyright my logo, however, at this time I am unable to do that. In the future, they need to offer a package for logo and copyrighting, not spring the offer on your prior to getting your final files. They make it seem like an immediate requirement and it's not. That was my only issue. They have great artistic ability and I will use them again.

Its a scam! Do not waste your money here. All they do it try to upsell you and harass you with different numbers.

FACT: this company is part of a huge Trademark scam operation and is -literally- blacklisted by the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

I know this because the USPTO contacted me directly yesterday to let me know I had been overcharged more than $1000 AND that my application for Trademark was being thrown out because Logo Affinity is -- and I quote -- "blacklisted by the USPTO for illegal filing Trademark applications on behalf of others" AND for "intercepting and falsifying USPTO documents" in order to con their clients.

I am not kidding - I was able to access the application that Logo Affinity submitted to the USPTO ... and several pieces of information had been altered from the copy of the application I approved.

I also discovered Logo Affinity had altered the paperwork from the USPTO detailing the classification of my Trademark and the associated fees ...

....The REAL cost of my Trademark was $350 ... but it seems that Logo Affinity altered that paperwork in order to charge me $1450 (PLUS their fees, of course, too, for a total of $1750).

In short: Buyer Beware. I got ripped of by paying $1800 for a $350 Trademark... and didn't even get the trademark. Big.Time.Scam

They are actually a great company. I was nervous in the beginning, because I had a deadline I needed to meet. But after going back and forth with ideas they came through for my company. I appreciate Frank and the team of designers. They made me a awesome looking logo, stationary, and website. They were able to make my vision come true. Thanks again Logo Affinity

I like the multiple projects Logo Infinity did for me. They look professional. The people I have worked with are nice and helpful. For instance, project manager Frank Brown took great pain to listen to my needs, discussed the details in length, and provided his valuable input. They not only do a good job but also take good care of the customers.

Amazing team and support. Worked with me patiently to come up with perfect logo. Helped me set up website and social media.

Since I started my project with this company was fantastic! Now, I’m doing my next project with Frank Brown… he is great and he understands my goals and my company identify! I’m glad about him!

They are not who they lead you to be. I have contacted them several times, and have gotten no response. They have taken money from my bank account and I have not gotten NOTHING from them. Call the number no answer, emailed since may 10th.
