I ordered a logo and stationary items to be designed and only received stationary designs and had to send multiple email for my logo files. I later received a call from a affinty customer service and they tried to force the "trademark fees" on me and finally received my logo after arguing with their agent. They also threatened to sell my name and registered to another individual if I didn't pay the 653$ additional fee...
Avoid the trouble and find another designer

This is scam. They don't do a good job. Over charged me for me and I still haven't received anything from them. Please don't purchase anything from them you'll be sorry and loose money. Don't do it. I would give them 0 stars but it would not let me.

This is a scam. I paid 2,000 for my website back in January 2021 here it is May and I still don't have my website. They are rude and don't care about the customer. I was told I couldn't get my money back that I had spent this far for the website witch I still don't have. I would advise you not to use this platform for anything.

I got them to make a logo by award winning designers supposedly. The designs they proposed could have been made by a good high school student. I had to came up with lot of input , basically told them in detail what to draw. Afterward they offered me to registered for copyright then got a lawyer to call me to bully me into a trademark registration. I paid the money and very month they called with a scam excuse to get more legal fee. To get them off my back I had to scream at them like garbage. After one year they illegally charged my credit card again. Don't deal with them, you'll get bulllied.

LogoAffinity sold us 3 web packages- they promised satisfaction guaranteed. Instead, they only completed partial bits of their work, with one site barely working and a number of broken links. LogoAffinity asked for more money than the $3,249 already paid to them. We lost trust in LogoAffinity, and could not pay them any more money. Instead of trying to fix the problem, they withheld whatever work they had done and stopped answering our emails and phone calls.

They, LogoAffinity, also promised access to login credentials and control files, which they did not follow through on. We contacted their parent company RetroCube and their company did not respond to repeated emails and phone calls.

Extremely unprofessional behavior by more than one individual with this company. We hope that future clients are not treated this way by the LogoAffinity developers and their directors, and their parent company.

I am absolutely disgusted with the way i have been treated by this company. what started with a logo turned to trademarking and then eventually a website creation. The website project was started in May 2020 to give me a website to communicate with my students during lockdown so i could continue my job from home. However as of February 2021, my website still does not have the few things i requested. I have complained multiple times and requested for them to hand over access so i could finish it myself, and they will still not completed those simple tasks. Instead of putting their time into fixing these issues, i get calls from other people in the company trying to sell me more stuff!! My website deadline was in June 2020 and now here i am 9 months later with an awful website and not even access to edit it myself. please never use this company, and learn from my mistake. $5000 and still no apology, website, or trademarking.

Beware! First off everyone I spoke with had very American names such as Austin Wright but they all had very heavy India accents. The first logo draft I received looked like it was from India and I had sent them a very clear picture of what I wanted. I would receive a draft at the end of the day and finally after the 3rd week just gave up and excepted what I could get. After I agreed on the logo they tried to sell me a trademark and I declined. Now I am getting scam calls trying to tell me I can’t legally use this logo without paying that fee and that a couple from SC is claiming it. Also I have been getting much more spam, spam text, and scam calls so they sold my information. Stay clear of these people!

Horrible company i had them make a logo for me then they put me in a trademark scam they want more money and more money very demanding. My logo has now cost me over 1500.00 they call every 6 months to demand more money or I cant use logo they said they will remove the trademarks if i did not pay them an extra 849.00. the problem is I love the logo but i will never use them again and suggest you never use them , they made 1500 on me dont give them your business hopefully this review will stop you from using them and they lose more than 1500 worth of business

Yesterday, January 29 I searched online for a free logo company for my new business start up. This company was one that popped up in the Google search list.

Upon visiting the website they had a module pop-up box that requested that you insert your name, email address and phone number to which I thought it was for the purpose of adding my details to the customer list.

I decided to initially try this company due to their US$19 deal. Upon visiting the website an immediate chat dialogue commenced between myself and a person by the name of Peter. Once an agreement was made that I would engage this company in their services and for the original as advertised price of $19 US I was then sent a link from Peter taking me straight to a sign up for my credit card details, home address etc. I then continued my chat with Peter and said that due to the exacerbated amount of fraudulent activities with companies regarding credit card fraud, I would prefer to receive a couple of watermarked designs of the proposed logo prior to giving out my credit card details. In addition, the advertised price o f $19 USD then became USD$50-$75. I let Peter know that for the price that he was suggesting initially of US$50-US$75 that I could get what I needed with a vector file of the logo for USD$39 with another company. I left the website.

I'll be thereafter, I received a very abusive and offensive text message on my cell phone from whom I can only determine to be from Peter, whom I do not believe is an employee of the company; employees would not send such a text message for fear of losing their employment.

I do believe he is the one and only business owner and took it upon himself to show how unprofessional he is and why this company has received all the low standard of service reviews that it has.

Unfortunately, I am able to find where I can upload the picture of the screenshot for all those future customers to be aware.

This is an extremely unprofessional company immature in standing of non-existent people/customer service skills.

I have worked with Alex Wilson for over 2 yrs. He is always professional and really knows his “ stuff”. I have had a good relationship with he and the company during this sometimes “ frustrating “ (sometimes I feel sorry for Alex lol) ever evolving times

I ordered an inexpensive logo design for my website.
They ignored all directions as to what I was looking for and instead sent very generic stock designs.. nothing at all like what I had requested.
Meanwhile, I just threw something together in PhotoShop for my website.
They finally went to my site and saw what was there and then submitted something similar.. which I accepted and said I was happy with that.
BUT.. then I get a call from a young man who was very pushy and very rude!
He tried to sell me everything under the sun.. a Trademark.. business cards, business stationery, etc., etc. AND a 5 page website.
The website I was ordering a logo for already has 10 times that many pages!
Then he said he could not send the logo design unless I paid for the upgraded package.
I wound up filing a dispute with American Express since they refused to give me the logo I paid for. I don't know what kind of unethical business these people are running. Don't Bother! Too many other options available.
You are better off going to Fiverr.com

First, they ignore clear direction (as in specific color choices requested) and also send over very generic, stock designs that I could have done in Canva. Same font for all words etc., very amateur.

After three more revisions (where each time they send less options btw), I requested a refund, in response they asked to give them one more try. I did and liked the results.

But, getting the final logo is a hassle. They try to up-sell you into trademarking the logo text and they also want to charge me for the black and white options of the logo and to separate the icon from the text, to the tune of an extra $150.

Since I can easily hire someone (on Upwork) to separate the image and change the colors for much less than $150) I told them I'll take the logo as is and send it over? But they didn't, instead, they reached out again (a third person) about selling me the trademark option.

Sadly, they suck so I'm going to the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint and we'll see how that goes but don't waste your time or money.

The logo is great.
They took my initial idea and they gave me several designs until I got what I really wanted. The feedback was very fast. I am happy with the logo result.

Amazing service, their job is amazing and they have a very professional team; where the communication and understanding is outstanding; very recommended.

Bunch of scammers and poor work and no ethics. Always late for work and never send any recipts of transaction.

Not recommend them at all. Amateur graphist and poor design. They just copy something from the internet and deliver it to you, even that is not good!
Be careful what information giving to them since they use it against your business for more $$ example? loads of spam ads and junk sms messages, logo trademark etc!

Logo was pretty good after multiple attempts. My main complaint is they seem like a timeshare company if you approve of a cost say for designing a website they immediately approach you with some hidden cost after the fact. "By the way for more money we can monitor the website" Then "by the way we can add security plug ins for this much" ,by the way,by the way,by the way. And if you don't do it terrible things will happen. They lead you to believe this one payment will cover you for all expenses then charge you, then by the way........ more money please or your website will crash. I just felt like the website was rushed and a new charge around the corner. I would advise anyone reading this to not go with logo affinity as a business resource. You can find a more honest and less pushy company im sure. I should have researched a little deeper and will in the future but you should be able to trust a company. Lesson learned!!

They never stop calling. Any their designs are pretty bad if you don't pay mucho $$$ (I was lured in by the price - rest assured that is not what you will end up paying unless you want your business to appear like a child's lemonade stand). Even then, it's still unremarkable. Steer clear.
I had a logo designed by these morons, and some of the "options" they showed me looked like they were designed by a five year old. They misspelled one of the two words the logo contained on multiple occasions. They finally got more money out of me and I actually got something I could use, after several, several emails. These guys aren't legitimate and they're just out to scam you or harass you. I've blocked several numbers and asked them multiple times to stop, but they just keep calling. Don't send these trash people your money.

They will not refund me after multiple designs that just weren't what we were searching for. I have also been receiving tons of SPAM texts since signing up with them and I can't block them because everytime I do, they send from a different number.
