Knowing how exacting I am, I chose Logo Venture to have a go at designing my new logo for my guitar school, Alien Guitar Secrets.
I was assured from the very beginning by Eddie that I would be happy with the final result.
I was assigned a project manager, Jeff and an assistant, Ethan who both communicated fully with me and in a timely manner.
The whole process from start to finish was faultless.
They listened to my ideas, and believe me I had many. They incorporated them into initial drawing phase. They were more than happy to revise and tweak the ideas as desired, and which we did on a few times. They showed a deep respect for what it is I am trying to achieve.
The final resulting logo is better than I could have ever expected, and that is saying something.

The Logo Venture guys are the best! The whole team pulled in one direction to help me develop a logo that I am proud to show off. Not just on letter heads, but on tshirts, hats and other merch.
Now I have logo that befits the brand.

The reasoning why I'm giving the 4/5 starts is just the fact I wasn't told that I would be charged in USA$, rather than AUS$. Other then that the service has been really good so far.

Great experience. Got 2 rounds of multiple design variations at first- which helped drill down a good design - and then received multiple revisions due to my further requests, and in the end - gotten the perfect logo me and my business partner both really liked!

$2000 out of pocket and nothing to show. Logo Venture have some extremly dodgy business practices. I struggle to understand how they have even one positive review. I suggest reading their google reviews as they are more accurate.

Very happy with the design. They were able to quickly get the idea and were quick to follow up. Great communication throughout the process.

The customer service was great except one; they didn't respond to my inquiry about the price (I thought the price listed on the website was AU$ but it was actually US$, being charged more than what I thought)

They gave me 2 options of logo design and one of them was good.

This is the worst graphic design company in existence. They scam you with upgrades and try and force you to register with IP Australia at the end. All logo images look like free stock vectors. Hugely disappointed. Feel ripped off. Still haven't received what I paid for.

Nothing offensive just a very good professional approach.
2 samples were sent as requested.
However, due to my ignorance my Domain names were different. However, I was able to obtain a VERSION OF A QUESTION OF MUSIC. So that problem Is resolved.

I have noted your array of services, in the main I have planned to undertake much of the project myself due to its uniqueness but will consider along the way where I need your experience

Jeff the project manager was great, however, I feel the designers lack creativity and have trouble following the design brief.

Being new to setting up a business logo I found Logo Venture very friendly and helpful in choosing a logo to best suit my business. The final outcome was awesome to say the least. I will be using them in all my future Logo requirements.
