The logo design process was easy enough, but the quality of the designs were not as good as i was hoping for. The team needed a lot of hand holding. But we finally got a design we're happy with

The team came back with changes everyday and it only took 3 goes and Jeff nailed it!

Jeff explained the whole process to me, even phoned me to do so. The whole logo design process was easy and I got my designs (which I love) within a couple of days.

Jeff has been amazing dealing with our logo, patient, speedy to reply and he has a great team behind him form what we can see, definitely using them again

Initially, everything was good. Logos were good, communication was good. When it came to the end, however, they tried to do the big upsell of a website and digital rights to the image. When I said I was not interested and I would like my logo's the contact H…. was really aggressive and ended up bullying/shouting at me over the phone, trying to scare me with $8000 fines and all sorts of garbage. This got quite heated!

We talked about getting the .AI files for the logo throughout the process and when it got to the end it was not delivered. Only PNG, JPG and the image in a PDF.

I'd rather hire another company to start all over again they pay these people more money to get the proper formats for the logo.

Results speak for themselves!! My end to end service was extremely professional, transparent and cost saving effective compare to other market rates. (e.g Logo design, web page and professional email account) I would highly recommend the Logo Venture service as my communication upfront was also clear and direct.
